I called ahead to ask about a vehicle they had in stock. They had exactly what I was looking for, set me up with an appointment, and had the quote I asked for prepared shortly after I arrived. The price was fair and far better than another dealership I went to in town. I didn’t have to haggle or fight with anyone about the arbitrary market adjustment value or anything. They gave me what I asked for at a better price than the competitors and didn’t try to do any shady business. If I decide to buy another Honda, I’ll know where to start my search.

Alexia was great to my daughter!! I had my 17 year old daughter take her Honda Pilot to get serviced and get the experience of taking care of the vehicle she drives on a daily basis. Well, it turns out my daughter couldn’t find the service drive when she arrived and was getting frustrated, so I called Alexia and she went out to find her and guide her to the service drive. I asked to get the vehicle inspected. The vehicle failed the inspection. I was not told about the vehicle failing or why it failed. Also, I spent about $5,000 in this visit. The list of fixes was extensive. It included 100k mile service. I'm okay with the price. I expected it to be high. It is a dealer after all. I was disappointed about the car not being washed as a courtesy. My service advisor was hard to reach. In a couple of occasions, I called, asked to get a call back and never did. Other than that, the work seems to have been done correctly. I just want to make clear that the customer service was far from top notch, and the person that replied to my review lacks comprehension.

My son was interested in a new Honda Civic. We looked at a few dealerships, and decided to go with Northside Honda. The initial salesperson didn’t click with my son, so we decided not to use him. Sal, came to the rescue, he was very kind, courteous and welcoming. Sal took such good care of us, and I will not hesitate to return to Northside Honda if I’m ever in need of another vehicle. The dealership is clean, welcoming and warm. Makes you feel right at home!!! Awesome experience!!!

I am very pleased by the service at Northside Honda. My advisor, Mr. Enriquez, was very helpful. I took my Honda Pilot for an oil change. They also rotated my tires and got a vehicle inspection. I needed to change the brake fluid and get an alignment. I’m happy that I did take it there because anywhere else they probably have not inspected my car. I got a commentary car wash. The waiting area was very comfortable and had yummy homemade cookies for customers.

Simply phenomenal experience with this dealership. I had to have my car towed in as it had stalled a few minutes from this San Pedro location. Noah from service answered and within 15 minutes I was sitting at the dealership with my son and his friend. The care and attention Noah gave was first class service. I hope to own my current Honda for years to come. But I will not hesitate in coming back here should I be shopping for a new one. I can’t thank you enough Noah!
