Worst customer service at the online pickup, the online service should be a fast way to buy at the store and waited on the line for 25 minutes because they had only 1 cashier and was attending people who was purchasing more than 30 items. I had to call another employee so she can look for my package, if it wasn't like that i think i was still there waiting.....

What a contrasting experience vs the JCPenney just across the street. Fitting rooms were open and clean, you can actually sit there and try things on with a bunch of light, it’s just relaxing and you can focus on whether clothes look good or not. Also clothes are perfectly organized by size, you don’t have to take 5min to unpack the shirts to try them on and feel guilty for leaving a mess behind, most are hanging on ready to try on. Even the clearance corner was perfectly in order. I also found what I was looking for and their brand APT9 is built for people with human shape. Every item just fits perfectly and the music is very good. It’s mind boggling how this store was so empty. Pricing is not that different from JCPenney, even without discounts. I’ll pay extra for having such a relaxing experience anytime, buying clothes is not my favorite thing to do tbh. I always forget how good they are that’s why I decided to leave a comment over here.

Returned Amazon item, got 5.00 off coupon plus other coupon salesperson recommended. Not too many customers Was impressed withe variety of products. Friendly staff. Will go again, even though I usually just go to Macy's at this mall.

This store was beautiful, well organized and we found an employee that actually spoke English. But they didn't have any Miami souvenirs. Every store should have souvenirs in my opinion; at least something that has their city name on it. Travelers come from every part of the world to visit some places and I believe Miami is one of them. GET SOME SOUVENIRS MIAMI!

I went for the first time to these calls to make an Amazon return. This call is located inside the international mall in Doral Florida. It’s an ample location, with great service, and the wonderful prices that we are used to at Kohls. The people working at the Amazon station with very nice and fast. Even though the line was huge they did a great job making it as easy and fast as possible. You can park at the international mall parking lot which has been an ample space to do so.
