Have ordered here before and it was pleasant, but unfortunately today I was let down by Leila at the drive-thru. I tried to use a virtual gift card I was given, and she refused saying she needed four numbers to put into the system. I asked if she knew about this type of gift card, and she said no. I quickly read about how to use the virtual gift card and it said to ask for the manager if they didn’t know how to use it, so I asked Leila for the manager, and she refused me saying everyone was too busy. I wasn’t given any options at all and refused basic service, so I told her to cancel my order. I left disappointed and hungry. It’s enough to make me not go to this location ever again. ~David

Great customer service! It’s a nice atmosphere! There are additional platters on the weekends. We got the Churrasco bowl 😋 and the Pesto Basil Pasta with Chicken Breast. Everything was yummy! But if you’re looking for a low sodium option with pasta, skip the cheese 👌🏻 ~Karen

UPDATE: I just picked up my order at the Miami International Mall. First, although there is a sign at the front of the store that states that pick-up orders will be brought to the customer, I was instructed to pick up my order at the register. Last time, an associate brought my order to me personally. Also, this store canceled my Midsummer body mist on purpose. There were 30 bottles on display. The associate that helped me with my order had no idea why that item was canceled and offered to sell it to me at the sale price. I politely declined. Needless to say, I will not be placing anymore pick up orders at this store. Also, one of my body mists Fresh Getaway is not new. There is some of the body mist missing. This store has lost my business. 😡 Wonderful and welcoming staff. We picked up our online order and experienced no issues. We will return to this location especially with such friendly and helpful associates. ☺️🦋 ~Cristina

The most tasteless pizza in the universe. Order # 930153427 from the 127 and 8st in Miami, FL. Paid for extra pepperoni and got a single pepperoni on each slice. I will never order from Papa John’s ever again. Even the Costco pizza you buy at their food counter is 1000% better than this garbage. ~Hector

If I could give 0 star , I would definitely do it, I ordered a large hand tossed pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese and two pineapple Fanta after 2 1/2 hours waiting, pizza arrived cold, burnt with no sauce at ALL , thin crust and two orange Fanta. Delivery took some much longer than expected. I definitely do not recommend this place ~Patricia
