Have ordered here before and it was pleasant, but unfortunately today I was let down by Leila at the drive-thru. I tried to use a virtual gift card I was given, and she refused saying she needed four numbers to put into the system. I asked if she knew about this type of gift card, and she said no. I quickly read about how to use the virtual gift card and it said to ask for the manager if they didn’t know how to use it, so I asked Leila for the manager, and she refused me saying everyone was too busy. I wasn’t given any options at all and refused basic service, so I told her to cancel my order. I left disappointed and hungry. It’s enough to make me not go to this location ever again. ~David
