My family and I went earlier in the week to open a magenta plan with T-Mobile. In the past, experiences with service providers has been subpar at best, but we were pleasantly surprised at the professionalism when conducting our business at the Doral store. We want to highlight and give a big thank you to Roger for being patient, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable to help my family and I get the plan that worked best for us. I want to also highlight that every representative in the store was friendly and inviting, which is a refreshing sight. I would definitely recommend going to this store for any T-Mobile related business.

Anyone who needs assistance with their service or getting new service or anything that you need needs to go see Luis R he is amazing he goes above and beyond to help the customer outs he has patience and he’s not a salesman he’s there to give you the best that will benefit you… He will always put customers before him to make sure that the customer is happy with his service very impressive and I will be going to him from now on even though the stores out of my way

I was having issues in setting up my grandmother's new phone, so her and I came to this store. The representative Gaby was very friendly and looked into various ways in which she could correct the issue. Eventually, she did and we left very happy! Plus, Gaby spoke English and Spanish, so she could effectively explain the process to both of us. Thank you!
