UPDATE: I just picked up my order at the Miami International Mall. First, although there is a sign at the front of the store that states that pick-up orders will be brought to the customer, I was instructed to pick up my order at the register. Last time, an associate brought my order to me personally. Also, this store canceled my Midsummer body mist on purpose. There were 30 bottles on display. The associate that helped me with my order had no idea why that item was canceled and offered to sell it to me at the sale price. I politely declined. Needless to say, I will not be placing anymore pick up orders at this store. Also, one of my body mists Fresh Getaway is not new. There is some of the body mist missing. This store has lost my business. 😡 Wonderful and welcoming staff. We picked up our online order and experienced no issues. We will return to this location especially with such friendly and helpful associates. ☺️🦋

I wish I could give 0 stars. They do not accommodate exchanges even with the “100% satisfaction guarantee.” They always point fingers and blame someone else saying they can’t do anything about it. I wanted to exchange scents but they are picky about which ones they except. I am so disappointed in the company and stores for this behavior. So just make sure you like what you buy because the satisfaction guarantee is a lie.

Had a really horrible experience! Whilst the staff tried to come off as if they were trying to help, it was very annoying because we were constantly being followed, they kept hovering over us. The same 2 people literally asked us 10 times if we needed help. It’s stressful to shop in a place that’s constantly watching you like a criminal. They should let people shop there in peace. I went there to distract myself and buy scents that relaxed me, and came out stressed instead. I also found it extremely inappropriate that the staff had their personal belongings checked in front of the customers. Will NOT return!

I get that they have a lot of sales and different options. But the fact that they have products label as Sale and then you get to the cash register and they actually ARE NOT! And on top of ALL that the manager does absolutely NOTHING. Didn’t even try to fix the mix up, they just kept repeating that it is not on sale. I hardly come to this mall, but Luz and the manager didn’t even try to help, believe me I am definitely not coming back.

I visited this store yesterday and while I was looking for candles one of the employees recommended I purchased the order online for store pick up because the candles online had a discounted price. This sounded great to me considering I’d be saving about $10 per candle vs buying it in store. I made my order for $200 worth of candles and was asked to wait 5 min so they can prepare my order. Long story short, I waited there nearly 2 hours because my order didn’t go through correctly due to a “system error” yet I was charged. The employee helping me supposedly called customer service and cancelled my order so I can repurchase at the store. That sounded fair to me so I proceeded with that option. Today, I received and email that my order was confirmed and was getting ready to be shipped. When I called now customer service they told me they don’t have any record of my order being cancelled so basically I was lied to and spent an additional $200. Luckily, customer service was able to cancel my order and said my funds will be refunded within 5 business days. Never shopping at this location ever again.

These stores are always very nice and it always smells amazing, The candles are a little expensive and your bill can add up quickly if you start loading up your bag with candles. But you can't argue with the quality.

I did not have a good experience today, because one of the sale representatives got mad because I made a return for $55 out of $700 from my previous purchase. I know they are trained to make people to buy but I am against rudeness I definitely will call corporate and recommend to the company to make their employees to take AN INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION CLASS AND
