Put an order online because it said I could pick it up through the drive thru. Was told I'd have to pick it up inside after making the line so I left and still got charged for it. That's stealing.

Left my recipe yesterday morning and promise at 11 am. Was not ready, today at 9:30 went to pick it up by drive thru, and it takes more than 15 minutes to deliver, too bad service

The pharmacy is terrible. Lack of communication, they don’t know how to process Rx Savings cards correctly, & never answer the phone. If they do, they automatically put you on hold for a long period of time.

You can literally watch The Godfather Trilogy mixing in some Avatar and you will still be on hold. What a joke of a pharmacy. If there was a way to give it negative stars this would be the place.

Worst pharmacy ever. This is the third time this year that a prescription of mine has not been fulfilled. After going in person to check the status; the pharmacist stated I would have to call everyday in order to make sure I get my medication. Implying that the more people call the more they just give them the prescriptions when the orders arrive. This is the most unprofessional operation I’ve experienced. Prescriptions should be completed in the order they are received. Please choose another pharmacy with a more well trained and better operated system.

The main pharmacist that works here is an arrogant, sociopath. My husband had an appointment for the PCR test this morning. He arrived 15 minutes earlier and the pharmacy staff refused to assist my husband. We had ordered 4 boxes of the Rapid Tests and the order was not even ready. We had to escalate this matter and only then was my husband allowed to do the PCR test, 15 minutes late. Horrible pharmacy. We will never return here again! Most of these suspicious positive reviews praising the rude male pharmacist and his staff must have been posted by the techs themselves and their friends/family. The low rating suits this location perfectly.

ive NEVER had an issue with any pharmacy before moving close to this one. EVERY time i get medications sent its a brand new issue where they never received it, the app will say processing and then say it was never sent by the provider. they are AWFUL!!!! go to ANY OTHER PHARMACY

Disgusting pharmacist! A rude and irresponsible man who claims to act in the sake of the patient and refuses to refill a prescription for a 3 year old, who recently had surgery and is in pain, as he “thinks it is not the correct dosage”. So he does not call us nor inform us during the whole day even though we called at least 7 times throughout the day and they just hung up on us every single time the call was transferred to him. We had to come to the pharmacy in person just to be informed that he was refusing to fill up his prescription! When asked why he didn’t call to advise of this he responded that he was trying to reach the doctor, we called the doctor in front of him and in less than 2 mins we were talking to his staff and confirming that they NEVER received a call from Walgreens asking about our son’s prescription. It is now Friday night and we have been waiting since his surgery at early hours in the morning, unacceptable! Thankfully, the pharmacy at Publix Doral Commons picked up the call the first time and without wait they were already calling to transfer and dispense his medicine to us. Netheless to say, the pharmacist at Publix informed us she was also mistreated and received a rude response from this man. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs, they don’t care about anyone no matter the age!

Always full and "short staffed " jorge at the drive thru ignored me from lane # 2 for pick up. Obviously I'm not the only one that thinks this Walgreen stinks google reviews are at 1.7 stars, yes less than 2 stars. Andrea the night shift manager did a good job de-escalating cause I was very upset after jorge skipped me 3 times from pick up lane 2. If you cannot help both lanes for pick up REMOVE THE SIGN GAS IS VERY EXPENSIVE.

It should be “0” stars for this location. Horrible experience at the pharmacy, the system said that my son’s medicine was available and I just need it to wait 90 minutes to pick it up and I will receive a text message. I waited 3 hours and when I pass by at the pharmacy: I waited 30 minutes in line (only 2 people in front of me) and when was my turn only one of the medicine was ready and the others two the responsable told me there are nothing in the system and he wanted to see the doctor prescription ( I don’t see anything he told me). I came here because my pharmacy is close and I really the medicine for my son. Very bad attention, very rude, very unprofessional, bad attitude.
