I would give zero stars if I could. Liars liars liars!!!!! They lied about how much our refund would be then we find out they "made a mistake " which made our refund half of the original amount. Then come to find out they took $1000 out for "preparation fees" which left us with no refund. We have three children. My husband and I are livid about this! WOULD NOT EVER recommend Liberty Tax to my worst enemy. That's saying something.

Wish I could rate it no stars. The lady was very rude and disrespectful. Seemed judgemental for no apparent reason. I just got up and walked. Never had an experience like it filing but should have expected it to suck just like everything else in FT. Oglethorpe, Georgia.

liberty tax is complete bullcrap, there a bunch of haters, there 5 days late on my friends tax return while telling her every time she calls they it should be in tomorrow and they wont let my friend come back to work when he got sick for two days throwing up in there bathroom and hired somebody to take his shift for a whole week
