Chili was sweet tasting. I'm not sure what was in it. This packet of hot seasoning did not help either.

Painfully slow drive thru. They will only do one car at a time and make you wait to order. Total of 25 mins waiting in the drive thru. Unprofessional employees and cold fries. Very disappointed and won’t be back. There are three other Wendy’s within an 8 min drive.

Cause of lobby. 🍟 were barely warm and she only rang up one of my jr bacon cz burgers when I ordered two. Got to the window for the second time and sh proceeded to tell me the number 1 ordered I said yes that's the grilled. Then she got all confused. This is the worst wendys there is.

I've come to this location at 11pm (keep in mind on google and their website it says they close at 12am meaning an hour later) for the last few nights. Tonight, I think they must have been short staffed as it took 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru, plus the woman was rude when I asked for a drink carrier. She picked up a stack of drink carriers, slammed them down, then picked one off the top and shoved it at me. I understand they had more in line, and they were trying to hurry me along, but after waiting 30 minutes in line, not even getting my first choice in food choice, it just wasn't appropriate. I would have given 3 stars, however, the girl in the first window told me they were out of salads and asked if I'd like anything else. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and then she took my payment and apologized for any inconvenience, and even said it with a nice smile. Therefore, because at least someone showed good people skills, I gave back a star.
