Terrible! Their customer service is awful! They don’t know how to stay off of their phones. They make you feel like your order is a burden to them as well as your money isn’t good enough. I DoorDash they’re all the time unfortunately and my experience with them as been the worse than any other McDonald’s I’ve ever been too.

Online said open 24 hours came by about 2 am we had had a long night and wanting something to eat both drive through lanes were blocked off with cones and a worker came out turning about 3 other cars away saying they are closed… but online says open 24hours please update your hours if they are not correct

I went through around 6pm today. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years now and was surprised by how rude they redhead with glasses was to me today at the second window. At first I was like, “It’s whatever.” When she wouldn’t speak a word to me and looked very annoyed like she didn’t want to be there. She then was trying to charge me for sauces and I had never been charged for them before. Maybe if she would have had a good attitude, I would have understood, but I honestly never want her business again. The brunette at the first window was a sweet heart though. Maybe the other one shouldn’t be around people.

They were quick with the order, but when I got my food I seen why, half done job with everything I ordered. Very disappointed. They gave me a chicken sandwich that’s been sitting for a while because the pickles had made the chicken soggy where they’ve been sitting. And I might as well got a small fry with the amount they put in my medium.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything I ordered was fresh and just made. The fries were hit and soft and not to crunchy. I will be giving this McDonald's a second try when I'm back in the area.

Observed 2 employees standing in the parking lot smoking cigarettes and then after a few more minutes someone came over the speaker and said they were closed at the moment. Asked worker smoking cigarette if they were actually closed and she said that they did not have enough people working. There were for sure 3 people working, but 2 of them were too busy standing in the parking lot smoking cigarettes to take care of the customer. This is absurd. Please hire better employees or change your hours since you “don’t have enough employees” or you have employees that are more concerned about their cigarettes than paying customers.

I'm deathly allergic to dairy. It makes my throat swell up so therefore I cannot eat it. I had to repeat "no cheese I'm allergic" four times. I could tell the boy taking my order wasn't listening to me nor cared. After waiting for 15 minutes because they had to remake it twice. I used to work in the food industry, so I understand how crazy things can get, however, after being very very patient, polite, and having to repeat myself four times, this is the end product I received. I'm very unhappy and disappointed.
