Still our money) she said “I don’t know how to type this in the computer” and just handed it back to me while shrugging.. okay then figure it out? Will not be back and will make sure non of my other chatt friends don’t go there either bc that’s straight terrible customer service. What if it had been more of a reward? Not her problem because it’s not her money? Ridiculous.
