I have used this office several times over the last couple of years. The line moved with no issues for me and I saw the staff hustling to keep it moving, the staff was courteous, and I always got receipts for prepaid packages without asking. I would definitely recommend this office!

Does not adhere to store hours. Don't believe the closing time, they will ignore you.

The absolute worst experience ever. I will never ever go here again. Barb is the most loud obnoxious unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. She acts like she’s a volunteer. Never ever again!

Wow went to drop off packages which were all pre-labeled (about 9 packages). Had to carry three boxes at time so made three trips. On my third time in the associate said next time take this to 130 location. I laughed thinking he was joking, but he rebuttal my laugh with "I'm serious" I was shocked with how rude and lazy this individual was by that comment. All of the packages I brought in were pre-labeled, so I guess that minute of extra work was too much to handle. Hopefully, a supervisor addresses this behavior. I've never had this issue with any individual prior. This incident occured 11:04 - 11:10am on 1/14/2022.

Never once have I or my family had a positive experience with the Hamilton Post Office in the past 30 years we’ve lived here. I am born and raised in Hamilton, but I will go out of my way to avoid this place. Generally, the place looks disgusting and they have poor customer service. A particularly rude woman has long given me nightmares about postal workers. Today is the last straw with this place due to unreliable/unpredictable operating hours. I showed up 15 mins before closing and while the office was “open”, there was no staff there and I wasn’t able to ship my package/box because they don’t have a drop off for packages. Unfortunately, this package will now be late to make it in time for Christmas. Normally I use another USPS location in Newtown, PA but was unable to make it yesterday. It’s my fault for relying on this particular location, and I would recommend any other USPS location or different shipping service for last minute or high priority packages. I wish the best to the USPS but for the love of God, put this place out of its misery or do something about it. It single-handedly destroyed whatever faith I had in the USPS.

This has to be one of the worst locations in the area. They refuse to give receipts for packages if you are coming in with a pre-paid label already affixed (no matter how much the package is worth or if you paid for insurance on it)...their reasoning is "covid". They are somehow the only post office in the area that does this. Additionally, if you are rushing to make it here before they close, do not even bother. They wont allow you to join an existing line, even if you make it into the building with 10 minutes to spare before closing. If the line is already too long (because they only have one disgruntled employee working), they will make you leave before they even close. This has been happening all December during the busy holiday season.

Posted hours are open until 3pm on Saturday. The closed at 1pm. The package drop-off box is ALWAYS taped shut so you can't drop off packages after hours anymore. They claim this is for Covid safety, but all it does is mean that more people are forced to come during the hours they're open which means more exposure to other people. It also means those of us with full time jobs struggle to find time to get to the post office before they close, even on our days off.

They really expect me to wait on hold for an hour to figure out where exactly is my packages I ordered off Amazon. I gave the delivery instructions to leave my shlt at the front door! The requests someone to sign for it which I can't when I'm not home. I shouldn't have to sign for something I ordered! And now there's a whole annoying process to finding and getting my packages. I don't even know which locations they are at and if at the same facility! I will next time just prefer Amazon Prime to deliver anything I order. Stupid UPs😒

Let me prefice with, in my opinion this is one of the better post offices in the area....Sending one regular letter but slightly heavier than a simple bill and no postage at home, so I stopped by this post office. After waiting on a long line, I was told that I need to fill out the little slip as the envelope was, “ hard not soft like regular letter”. Since when is the postmen qualified to check the hardness index of an envelope, with their fingers none the less. What happened to, “if it fits it ships”. I could not stant to stand in that long line again. Avoid it like the plague.

I sometimes have to stop here for last minute shipments and I was being rushed by a rude worker while being helped. While another worker complained about me mailing stickers. The lady helping me was calm and helpful. I felt uncomfortable the entire time being rushed. I think ill just hold off until the next day to ship at a closer office or do my own shipping.
