When this place was Bagels and Beyond it was good. The coffee was bad and they didn’t take cash but the service was good and the bagels were good. Now it’s Bagel House and it’s awful. The bagels are still good but the service is absolutely terrible. I’ve had issues every time I’ve gone since the change. It looks like the only people working there are children and theres no real management anywhere. I wouldn’t recommend it. I tried this place again after not going there for almost 9 months. It’s still a mess. My wife ordered chicken salad on a bagel with lettuce tomato and onion and the staff just didn’t put the lettuce tomato or onion on. I truly wish this place was never sold.

Gone are the days of consistent quality of food and service. Bagels and Beyond used to have a line out of the door and run out of bagels in certain days. They were quick with it too, that line was always moving. This place now is always empty, wonder why? Don't bother asking for your bacon (whatver else you want) well done, they make it how they want to and you are left to deal with it. They take credit cards now but there is an added charge to use it. They're slow and unorganized, I've been in store and waited almost a half hour for my food and it was sitting, ready, in the heater behind counter. They even checked and said it wasn't ready, what a joke. Go elsewhere!

I love the service great bunch of guys. Food is always prepared with a smile and taste good. I love going there and getting my food and talking to everyone. Friendly customers where you know everyone. Fresh morning feeling always leave there with a smile.

The staff was beyond rude. The did not carry lox and said it “would be to expensive for you if we did.” They did not have most of their advertised bagels, ran out of bacon, and were completely disorganized with distributing orders. We ended up ordering just bagels with cream cheese and the spread was so thin you could see the bagel through the spread. Don’t waste your money here.

I loved this his place until it changed ownership. Now the bagels are bad, the prices are beyond expensive (other local places are substantially less) and the portions are smaller. Strange, but true: my breakfast bacons egg & cheese sandwich (I tried twice to be nice) tasted like pure sugar. The first time I though my plain bagel was next to a french toast or something, but nope. It happened again and I mean sweet like cotton candy. Not what it want in a breakfast sandwich. I won’t be back. On a positive note, the service did improve 100 percent. So much faster!

Bordentown bagels have bigger better bagels for a lower price. And this place only accepts cash only which is disappointing. These bagels are very chewy not soft and barely any cream cheese! Very disappointed.

Best bagels in town! They use a nice griddle for their eggs, not microwaved. They only accept cash, so be prepared.
