A criminal post office that goes back a week later and double charges your bank account claiming you used a priority mail envelope when in fact you used a standard manilla envelope, shipped at first class rate with the correct dimensions and took 5 days to deliver. That's not priority mail, 1st class as selected but won't back 1 week later and made false claims to charge $8 priority mail rate. CRIMINALS

I get invoices returned to me just about every darn day saying "not deliverable as addressed" "Unable to forward" I google the address it is absolutely correct. This Post Office is terrible.

This is the second time I’ve needed a package urgently. I pushed off other things I needed to today because I knew I had to be home to sign for this. They didn’t even ring the doorbell. They just left a notice to pick it up after the weekend. This is completely unacceptable. I made the time to make sure I was here when the mail arrives and instead of even trying to delivery it they left a pick up notice. I will be in to complain in person and find out why the people delivering the mail are not doing their jobs.

alot of my mail not getting delivered to me. getting fines for late payments when i never got the bill. Today packages for someone else on my porch. waiting forever on the phone to speak to someone. the numbers on my front door very legible..don't understand

My mom came in the other day just to get yelled at by not only an employee but the manager as well. She was just shipping out a letter until the employee believed she was upset with her service. She then proceeded to yell at my mom while the manager came in and did the same. Please choose any other usps when your going to ship your stuff out.

my order was delivered to facility last night, it's now been 16 hours and it still hasn't came in and it's only a mile away. it was a HUGE mistake to think that it was impossible for it to not deliver, I might as well would've picked it up if it was this bad. reading the other reviews, i don't know if going in to pick up is even a good idea.

Not only did the truck driver never show up, lie and say no one was here but when i went in to pick up my item, all I could hear was music blasting while a sign posted said they wouldnt return till 10:20 AM (got there at 1:20 PM). Maybe if they lowered the music and paid attentions to the phones ringing then the wait time to speak to someone at this location wouldnt be 45 mins - 1 hour. Still have no idea where my package is.

Love this post office. I live in the next town over but our post office is terrible. We got married and had a baby recently so we've had a lot of shipping needs like returns, pictures, thank yous etc. The staff here is always so patient and helpful. One time they even went through 100 thank you notes with us, one by one, weighing them to made sure we had enough postage. It's always fast friendly and helpful service.

They are constantly misdelivering and/or marking items as delivered when they have not been delivered. I order a lot of items on ebay and it is extremely important not to mark a package as delivered if it has not been delivered yet. Sometimes I get it the next day or a few days later. Instead of delivering packages wherever the driver feels like he should actually look at what he is delivering to our multi-unit complex. I specifically have our unit on the packages and sometimes I get them sometimes I don't and then I'm the one out of luck.

Wow, seems like I'm not the only one who thinks this place sucks. My God, these people are extremely rude. I call in the morning to make an inquiry about my package. Before I could get a few words out the lady says "hold on, one minute", put me on hold forever and never returned. I suspect she just didn't feel like doing her job. I call back a few minutes later, and some rude dude picks up. He had poor manners and sounded very impatient. Look, I understand this probably is not the most exciting job, I get that, but once you commit to a position, be fair to your customers and give them good customer service. "Good morning," "how may I help you?" and "thank you's" are a GREAT start!
