Horrendous customer service in their pharmacy. They rescheduled on me with no notice and told me to come in anytime from 9-5 the next day. I show up at 1:20 and the lady says we have lunch in ten minutes. How on earth is that my problem? The vaccine takes two minutes to administer. So guess I’m coming back later because of the terrible work ethic exhibited my the pharmacist. Why do I have to change my schedule because you are too lazy to take me ten minutes before lunch when you already cancelled on me less than 24 hours ago.

How can so many mean pharmacists be in the same place? It would make sense if 1 of them were mean or rude, but they all are. Prescriptions are constantly wrong, they are rude over the phone (when you manage to get through) I'm pretty sure they just ignore the phone calls. 10/10 if you like attitude and pushback when trying to get medication that you need.

I always have problems with this pharmacy. I had to go to wood ridge cvs because they refused to take a prescription because of a small watermark. Stop denying people there prescriptions

This pharmacy is the worst I have seen in the cvs chain. Do not even think about trying to get through on the phone. The first DAY I tried on hold 30 minutes woman pick up and then disconnected. The second try was 40 minutes and gave up. The second Day on hold for 30 minutes and quit. I guess my prescription will not get picked up. That just means it’s time to go to Walgreens down the road. If you are thinking about the cvs in East Rutherford NJ think twice and don’t do it.

The actual cvs staff is great and the cashiers are friendly but the lower rate is for the pharmacy. They enroll you in the automated subscription refill WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. They NEVER pick up the phone. I had to call the front desk to notify them and leave my number. I called at 12 pm and didn’t get a call back until 8:30 pm. Ever time I try to call, NO ONE picks up. I’ve had them cancel this automatic refill for one medication and as soon as I get a new medicine, it RE-Enrolls me all over again and I have to go through this frustrating situation. Get it together.

I have never experienced a worse functioning pharmacy than this one in my entire life. On 8 different occasions I had to wait a week after my prescription was supposed to be refilled (sometimes more) because the manager didn’t order the medication for the pharmacy. Every time you call I wait over 20 mins for someone to pick up the phone. And the manager is always “out” when you want to speak with her … need to replace every single person in this incompetent pharmacy.

Terrible experience, line was very long and the cashier was telling people that they can ring up their own items in self check out. A cashier was telling people to be a cashier. That is your job, what you are paid for, so if you want me to ring up my own order, I expect a employee discount. Terrible customer service, did not buy my products after hearing the cashier make this announcement.

I wanted to leave a review for great customer service provided by Gisele at front desk, she is really sweet and she has helped me a couple of times when I was in the store, I had issues with my Cvs card and she helped me thoroughly and explained each step. It has been a while since I found a great customer service at this store. Thank you Gisele for all your help.

Clean, very well maintained and the staff here are very friendly. I was having some photography done and everything was fabulous! I had an awesome experience and they captured some phenomenal shots. Yay CVS!

I wish there was a zero star experience. Took my appointment at 5 pm and checked in at 4:58PM. Waited for 15 mins and then reminded them again at 5:15 pm that I am waiting. No one showed up for 30 mins. When I was just about to leave at 5:34 PM the pharmacist came and completed the shot in less than a minute with no apology or empathy. This CVS should close their business and wish the corporate looks at these reviews seriously and someone act on them. This is the worst pharmacy for anything medical, pharmacy or retail and yes all the reviews written are true.
