Not too long ago I came into the Naugatuck Verizon store. I had been a customer with another carrier for many years, but had been having minor issues within the recent months. After being politely greeted into the store, the sales representative Chris kindly helped me map out an idea of what my bill would be to transfer service, including my 4 other lines. He really took the time to help me understand the changes and went over all the promotions I would be eligible for! I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions which I feel can be the case when going into one of these stores. Instead, Chris was very informative and patient with me while making sure all my cellular needs were satisfied! Thank you again!

I spent a week going to back and fourth with the call center as well as the corporate store with no resolution to the issues I was having and no one could figure out. The guys here were able to fix both problems on multiple devices pretty quickly and get my phone and iPad up and running. They were professional and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough about how greatful I am for the help they provided.
