Wish i could give them 0 stars. Similar to the other story on here, my husband was told that he would pay $55 per month for 10 months for his CPAP. We paid that for three months and then in January we changed insurance providers. Then the price went up to $75.83 per month. They were actually billing the integrated humidifier/heater separately for $17, just to cheat us out of more money. When the 10th month came they kept billing us for the integrated humidifier/heater. Even worse my husband has called them no less than 6 times asking for an explanation, and they do not return calls. Please, don't do business here, you may never get their hooks out of you. Unethical, dishonest, poor customer treatment..

Doc prescribed a CPAP machine. So I go here to get one. They set me up and send me on my way. What they don't tell you is that you're signing a 13 month contract for $55.00 a month for this machine. This is a $500.00 machine that you'll end up paying $750.00 for over the 13 month period. Didn't give me a choice to buy it outright?? My bad, I should read the fine print! Be a better consumer that me!
