I placed my order online and expected it to be ready 30 min later when I showed up. It wasn't. So I sat and waited as there were alot of people in there. I notice they were taking new orders and only making the new orders. I finally get one person's attention and asked if they planned on making the online orders. She digs through a pile of receipts and say oh yeah here you are and then they made it finally. I didn't really look at the pizza quality until I got home as I was just frustrated. Get home and the pizza crust is much thinner than normal, the quality of how they made it was a mess. I will never go back to that location.

Our favorite take-out pizza we love to get the fav and save money then sometimes add extra ingredients to the pizza before we bake it at home. You get the biggest pizza for your money here and it's delicious

I have ordered food from this location for YEARS, but they lost me as a customer. I ordered a salad, large pizza, and Smores dessert through Doordash. We started to eat the salad, and, thank goodness, I noticed the FURRY clumps of diced tomatoes before ingesting any. (see pic) Salads are eaten raw, so we could have gotten sick from the rotten produce! And, I checked the date on the salad container, which said it needed to be sold by that day's date. Obviously, if you put old ingredients in a salad and call it fresh, you're wrong. Freshly made and fresh ingredients are two different things. So, since I cannot trust this restaurant with my health and safety, I won't be ordering from them again.

We love this place, my husband prefers it over a lot of pizza places, because of the price and he prefers to eat at it home, so it's hot because we bake it when we're ready!!!

A friend of mine has a gluten allergy, when we placed our order over the phone the worker was extremely understanding of her allergy and offered to prepare her Pizza on a completely separate surface with separate tools. my friend is commonly worried about being an inconvenience with her allergies however Papa Murphy's made it quick and easy for her to get what she needed and have a yummy meal that wouldn't affect her diet issues with cross contamination.

Gave us the wrong pizza spoke to owner Scott Nelson said he would give us another family style pizza since how it was such an inconvenience, as for how far away we was. When I called to get my pizza they had there doors locked before 6pm on christmas eve. Called ahead to make sure it was made. We spoke with TJ Jenkins is what she said her name was. She proceeded to argue about it as my wife was on the phone arguin with her I was knocking on the door at 5:50pm which was locked. She raised he voice was disrespectful and completely lied as me and my wife caught her in, as she contradicted herself numerous times. In return we were told to gtf away from the door and my wife was hung up on. Never will do buisness here ever again. As well as four other cars were outside took picture of the establishment and made complaints because they were her as they said at 530pm and it was already locked. Beware.

Prices have gotten outrageous. They have stopped selling their favorites altogether. The least expensive part of their operation is the cost of flour but they are getting very skimpy with the dough. I've used to be a big fan now I avoid the place.

I like ordering online and using the coupons online! Its quick and easy! They have my order super fast. I usually just order in the parking lot by the time I place my order hit confirm and walk in its ready! IF YOUR THAT CUSTOMER THAT HARASSES THE STAFF FOR THE ONLINE DISCOUNT IN THE STORE SHAME ON YOU! YOU NEVER WORKED AN HOUR OF RETAIL IN YOUR LIFE! ITS ONLY VALID ONLINE NOT IN THE STORE STOP ASKING STOP AND HARASSING THE STORE STAFF!

Great place! Always clean. Friendly staff. We are frequent customers and this is the best "take home" pizza in the area. I especially like the Chicken Garlic with thin crust. Great tasting and lower calories!
