One of the best CrossFit gyms I’ve ever been to. The coaches are very knowledgeable and run a great class. They know how to make the movements safe yet challenging for all members. A lot of CrossFit gyms have become so large that the coach to member ratio is extremely high, making it difficult to coach each member. That’s not the case at this gym. It’s the perfect size. Each class is full enough to make it a fun environment, but small enough that the coaches can watch each member. I have only been coming for two weeks but I am already impressed by the programming. I love that the owner programs for the gym. It allows him to direct the programming towards his members rather than following a mainstream program that may not be what the members need. I have been crossfitting for a few years and I have tried several different programs and I can say, so far, my body feels really good with this programming. I also like how they take time to work on skills such as t2b, MU, etc. If you are in the Miami/Doral area, I highly suggest trying the gym out. As a new member, everyone has been very welcoming. It is a great community/gym!

I’ve been a member here for a little over a month. This is the best CrossFit gym in Miami for anyone that is trying to get back in shape. It’s a family owned business and it translates very well in the unity of the community. Highly recommend!

Although it gets pretty competitive sometimes, you can go at your own pace and no one makes you feel bad about it. Coaches pay attention to you all the time to make sure you’re doing the movements right.

I just started a little less than a month ago and was able to adapt quickly to the Unbounded family. The gym is extremely well kept and full of great equipment. Everyone is extremely friendly and form a gym family. There is competition in the air but that is what drives you to push yourself. Definitely love that the coaches push you to your limits, and even though I had never done Crossfit before I have grown to really enjoy it in such a short time and will continue. Thank you! 100% recommend

I have never been into the CrossFit mentality. My wife had asked me to go and try a class with her. I was very skeptical of the discipline. However, my prior conception changed after the first class at this box--not sure why they call it such a thing (more of a rectangle if anything). Thus far, I've participated in three sessions. Prior to this place, we went to check out a nearby box (rectangle!) as well—a stark contrast from what we noticed at this location. The owners here are welcoming, know their craft, and thoroughly guide you through the process—including beginners and experts. I always say that the right instructor must be tough, but also have excellent customer service skills. And at this box (rectangle!), you will find both! Highly recommended. I hope to keep it going.

Crossfit Unbounded will always have a special place in my heart. This box is somewhere where the coaches care deeply about their athletes and it feels like a second family. The programming is great and the space is amazing. Everyone I have taken to train there loves it; truly the place to do crossfit in Miami if you're looking for one.
