Been waiting for a manager to call me back on some update on a washer and dryer that we want to purchase. Manager haven't call back yet !!! Guy told me 3 hours ago it was to 5 min and nother . I have worked customer service for 20 years and they need to be trained again. It's just sad

Not worth dealing with this company. The lady that waited on me was very rude. She questioned if I was in the right store. She treated me like I had no idea what i was doing. No return visit from me or anyone I know.

If you can purchase DO THAT DO NOT LEASE...I have a TV THATS IT. They will REPEATEDLY run your card after being advised NOT TO ...missing ONE payment warrants NUMEROUS CALLS...PURCHASE NOT LEASE IF U CAN

Great place to get started when trying to start over they even have aarons insurance in case life situations happenings. But please don't count on them going above and beyond to set it up smh. My husband lost his job during the Covid-19 was told to make a payment in march so that they could start paperwork for insurance then once he found another job then we could make our last 2 payments. Well i still received phone calls "when are you going to be able to make a payment". Then my hours were cut had a letter but since I still had an income they could do me a favor and push my payment back till july REALLY! NEVER missed a month of paying may have been late always paid late fees and paid by the month. I will not be using bessemer again would rather deal with rent a center if im going to be harassed over 2 payments js Then no one in the store knows the policy cause I was told several different LIES.

I've been with them for quite a while but this go around sucks!!! It's been months since I brought an issue to your attention an still no resolution!! At this point im focused on paying you off an I won't be using you again or recommending you!! Disappointed!!

So we were going to get a tv/game system bundle. Came into the store and milled around for 30 minutes before anyone approached us. I told Brittany Thanks for finally coming over but I think I'll do this order online. So I paid my up front fees online and go BACK to the store to finalize my contract. Was cool with the price and setting up delivery when the manager tells me that outside of my contact I would be obligated to pay an additional $10 per month for insurance. I tell him I'm not interested in that because I have renters. He tells me renters will only cover a portion or in essence only what the tv is worth should anything happen. I proceed to tell him to cancel my order because I'm with the insurance agency. WHY would I just give y'all any extra 1700 PLUS 240 over a 24 month period for a 600 tv and a 400 game system? FOH. THEN not only can the customer service team who took my money online NOT cancel the order, but they can't return my money. I have to go back to the store AGAIN which is a HUGE inconvenience. I'm SO glad I dodged this bullet and got my tv elsewhere.

So far this has not been a very experience. They were very unprofessional during the whole time we were trying to decide what we could get that would not be two to the weeks before we got our product. Which is a ridiculous turn around time. My washer and dryer were supposed to be delivered yesterday 10/5/16 between 4-8. I was never given a curtosey call to let me know they were coming and would be there at the stated time. Not only have they not delivered they didn't call to tell me they weren't coming. Very very very unhappy customer already!!!!!!
