They left it on my neighbors porch it got scratches and scuffs all over it from their dogs and when I called they was rude to me and refused to help. I’ll never get something from them again

I bought the voyager cat napper sectional, it is a beautiful sectional but I didn't find it to be that comfortable in my opinion, I went back to Farmers in Arab and Fallon let me swap it out for another one. Excellent customer service and Fallon is very friendly.

Bunch of rude and disrespectful people I ever had to deal after my perants pay off what they have which on be long we will never return to the store ever I would not recommend my dead dog to go there . Plus they will ruin your credit my dad credit was nearly 600 now it's 350 because of them worse place ever to go too I rather u go to Aaron's atleast they treat u with respect and like ur family and they don't ruin ur credit . This place doesn't not even deserve a star but had to give one

Had a great experience so far. No pressure about buying, so we decided to buy bunkbeds for our grandkids. Everyone in the store was supper nice and friendly. Will indefinitely be doing our business with them for now on.

Bought a new Master Bedroom suite two-three months ago. When it was delivered a mover dropped a dresser, damaging it. Multiple pieces of the furniture had stretches, dings or chips on them. I've called multiple times about having the furniture replaced or money returned without luck. Stay away.

We bought a Poulin Pro lawn mower. Have had it for about 3 months. 3 weeks ago I was mowing the lawn. I have a lot of tree roots sticking up in the back yard. I came up to some stopped the mower, disengaged the blade to keep from hitting the roots. When I let the clutch out the mower lunged forward and I flew backwards with the seat and landed on one of the roots and hurt my back. It seems that the front two bolts had vibrated out and the 3rd one ripped out and I went flying. I went to the Emergency Room and had no broken bones. The pain was so severe that I was unable to lay down for over 2 weeks. So I spent the time sleeping sitting up. My circulation was so bad my feet swelled to at least twice their size. I had my wife contact them because they still haven't replaced the seat and don't seem to be very interested in talking to us. This is a very poor way to do business. I guess their failure to install it properly doesn't matter. Update: 7-26-18 Sorry I didn't get to this sooner. I went through about a year of them picking up and repairing the mower constantly. They finally replaced the mower with one that works well. I definitely won't do business there again.

Dealing with this place is awful. Working there is even worse. The store manager is rude and hateful to employees and customers. When I am done paying off my cheap, over priced furniture I will NEVER step foot back in that building. I have warned everyone I know not to deal with this place. The store can't keep employees, nobody wants to work there. Trust me, I know. If you happen to be late on a payment the store manager will threaten you with all sorts of terrible things, not to mention the 10-15 calls per day to your phone and your relative's phones. Please, please go somewhere else to purchase your furniture. It's not worth the hassle to buy from this place.
