We are new to the area so relied on online reviews and word of mouth recommendations to find veterinary services. I brought our schnauzer mix, Charlie, in for a couple of issues after moving from overseas and being boarded for 10 days. The front desk staff were quick to check us in, friendly and professional from start to finish. I love the separate dog and cat entrances! Dr. Stanley was patient and personable as he checked out Charlie and provided me with good affordable options for preventive care, from what to expect in his breed to dental care. I highly recommend Dr. Stanley and Gladstone Animal Clinic. ~Melody

Horrible customer service. I walk in and both employees are standing at the door and say nothing to me as I walk by, they just stare at and whisper something to each other. As people walk in behind me, they are all greeted by these same employees. As I'm shopping I'm hearing one of these same employees at the checkout greet each customer with a "hello, how are you?" or "hello, did you find everything you need?" Then when done, they say, "Thank you, have a nice day." When I go to checkout the same employee doesn't say a word to me as she's ringing up my items. So I say how are you doing? She says fine, thanks. When done, again, she just hands me my receipt without saying a word. I feel like they were discriminating against me for some reason and acting like I was going to steal something from the store. I'm actually an Engineer with a Master's degree and 6 figure salary so don't always judge a book by it's cover. I won't be coming back to this store due to their suspect behavior and will instead shop at one of the other Dollar General stores on North Oak Trafficway. Their employees are much friendlier and don't discriminate like the ones at this location do. ~The

I have to say this is definitely the best auto shop in the North land area hands down. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable about their skill set. The turnaround was quick and their customer service is amazing. They actually took the time to walk down each and every detail of everything that they did. Poor service. Refused to give me a pre-paid and completed print order unless I waited in their line of people out the door who were shipping, which takes them a significant amount of time per customer. I would have waited at least 30 min for them to hand me a completed document which typically takes less than 30 seconds. I can assure you I won’t be using this location again for my regular business printing needs. ~Sadie

Medium sized grocery store. They have a good selection on meats , produce & vegetables. Seafood is also available. You can find store discounts throughout. Wine , beer & alcohol is carried. Shopping bags are not complimentary so remember to bring your own bags. Parking lot is a good size. ~Craig

This is my favorite location to rent from. Iv been using them for 2 years now. Nicole is always hustling to make sure customers are well taken care of as her location has gotten very popular and busy. The trucks are always clean and full of fuel. If I ever had an issue I could call and Nicole would take care of me. They are usually open on the weekend for my convenience! Best place. ~Durrell

I really like the new spot near the entrance. Very clean. I also like the selection of the local KC cups (from Starbucks "you are here" collection.) I would love if mobile ordering was available here but understand that may not be feasibly possible at this location. Always smells nice too 😋 ~Aubrey

7:30 am this morning at Excelsior Springs Vic was very friendly, inviting. His I-pad show they had 9 tires the size I needed, but visual confirmation show they only had one. Bought that one to quickly replace trouble tire from the day before. No more flats today. About 8:30 am after arriving at nursing home to visit hubby called the store on north Antioch in Gladstone. Kelley washer you helpful. Went over in the afternoon for the other tire. Will return Friday for two new ones on back of van. ~Phebe

Western union and money gram was made for travellers yet at these walmart stores they make is impossible to do anything. ~Kevin
