A great family run U-Haul franchise. Everyone there is friendly and helpful! We were late with our return by an hour and they waved our extra day fees even though we were ok with paying it. Please support this franchise as finding owners with integrity is hard!

The lady in the office was helpful. There were some delays but she communicated those. Moving is taxing. There are always hiccups. This location made that a little less stressful. Uhaul overall could have directed me to a location where I could pick up a truck and trailer. That didn’t happen but it wasn’t this locations fault. She deserves to manage a staff of her own. I think this location would see better ratings and business. She went above and beyond. She was friendly. I hate that I didn’t catch her name to include that here. I made it to AR with all our stuff as I’m moving my family to a better job.

This is my favorite location to rent from. Iv been using them for 2 years now. Nicole is always hustling to make sure customers are well taken care of as her location has gotten very popular and busy. The trucks are always clean and full of fuel. If I ever had an issue I could call and Nicole would take care of me. They are usually open on the weekend for my convenience! Best place.

This was mine and my roommates first time renting a uhaul on our own, and the manager was incredible! She was very attentive, clear and concise, definitely had the customer’s wellbeing in mind, and made sure everything worked out perfectly for us. She explained the charges clearly, the after-hour checkout clearly, and brought out all the furniture pads for us. Because we returned the uhaul truck after hours, our charges came through the next morning as she said, and they were exactly what we were told to expect. If we ever need a uhaul in the Gladstone area again, we will definitely be back!

Wow, the lady who works here is polite, professional, and knows how to hustle! I needed to rent moving blankets and she saw me unloading my kids to come inside. She came out and said she could bring everything out so I wouldn’t have to get everybody unbuckled, in the stroller, back in the car, etc. That was going above and beyond and a huge help for me. She even brought out a little toy for my toddler who was sad she didn’t get to get out of the car. That kind of service deserves 5 stars!!

Have had the best experience with Nicole at U-haul. My mom is moving from Columbia to Kansas City and it has been it bit crazy. Nicole has been wondering and super friendly and easy to work with. Will definitely use her services for all our moving needs! Definitely recommend!

It was a bit rough with the new ownership but regardless I think the lady was very nice and trying her best and deserves a chance. We talked everything out. I kept having issues and needing to keep the truck "just one more day" for a week and I felt bad but she worked with me on it and when somebody else eventually reserved the truck out from under me I went and returned it and rented another one later in the week to finish my move (since I needed a break anyway). I did the after hours pickup initially and I was on hold on the phone with U-Haul stuck outside in the parking lot in the cold for 45+ minutes (most of it on hold). I took an Uber there to pick it up and had no ride home. The truck was not properly provisioned in the system to be picked up digitally, and both the U-Haul guy on the phone and the owner lady here had their own story on how they did their due diligence. Not sure what happened there honestly. I did end up leaving without a truck and had to come back in the morning at opening time, unfortunately. If she had not told me the next morning about how she knew she was new to the system and talked with U-Haul reps and got help over the phone properly registering the truck for after hours pickup the day before, this would have probably been a 2 star review. Trust me, I was LIVID -- but I don't want to take it out on the small business owner here that's just trying to run a franchise unless it was really her fault, and that isn't clear.

Extremely happy with this visit; everything from renting, using and returning the truck was simple and straightforward. The customer service was easily my favorite part of this experience; I believe her name was Nicole but she was very kind and considerate during the whole process. Big props to her. Would absolutely recommend this location to get a U Haul.

Nicole was amazing and super understanding. We reserved a 26’ and days later was told it wasn’t available from another U-haul, and didn’t explain anything to us when we picked up our u-haul in Garnett, ks. When we dropped off our u-haul to Nicole she helped us resolve our problem and actually explained how things work. If and when we move again I will definitely be going to Nicole.
