We had an 8AM reservation, arrived at the shop and noticed a sign stating they didn't open until 9AM. At 9 AM no one showed so we called U-Haul and was told that it didn't open until 10AM and to use the online function to get the vehicle. I wish we had known this prior and could've gotten the truck a lot sooner

Rude bad customer service front desk receptionist doesn’t conduct business well and I was charged twice for a rental lady told me to contact 1800 go uhual put on hold serval times with no response until calling again

We reserved a U-haul for our move Friday 10/1 THRU Saturday. They called us to tell us they need the truck back at 130 p.m because they have no more left and reserved it for someone else. We still have stuff to move. Super unprofessional and best believe we won't be back.

Glass all over their parking lot tells you about the people managing this place. Rented a trailer to haul a car across the state and got a flat tire on the trailer that I rented after 3-1/2 hours of driving. I warned them about the glass everywhere before I left. Also waited 4 hours for Uhaul service to fix the tire. It was a long day.

Strange experience Never had problems at this location until today Young man was very preoccupied with his phone, rude, gave false information, refused to give management or corporate contact information. When I asked to talk to someone else he kicked me out. Lost my reservation. Went to another location with no reservation had no problems.

We had a 9:00am reservation. Arrive at 9:00 and no one is here. We finally see an employee arrive a few min after 9:00. We continue to wait finally about 9:15 (after standing in front of the front door for several min) they finally open and let us in. Wish we would have used a different company. Just really poor customer service.

Wonderful family run business. They went out of their way to help me , and stayed late to ensure an easy return of my U-haul. Great customer service and I would definitely come back. They could use some more customer parking though, I had to park at the fast food place a couple doors down.
