One word. TERRIBLE. The reservation was made several days ago online. Pick up was set for 10 this morning. The direction map on their website said they were located in KCMO. We drove there to find no uhaul. If you plug address into Google it goes to Blue Springs. So we arrive there to pick up the truck and there was no one there. It said to login to the site. Wife tried but location was not enabled on phone. She the got locked out of the account. She called in and they wanted to start reservation again and all the info from other one was not valid. Eventually got on with a manager who tried to start process again. By this time we had already been there for 2 hours and told her to cancel the application and she tried to give us a VIP whatever that is for a future rental. UHAUL WILL NO LONGER BE GETTING OUR BUSINESS.

There is a kind lady named Dani who works at U-Haul @ blue springs location. She is very professional ,calm, patient. She was able to help me get a truck but also she was able to explain things that I was unaware of. Out the kindness of her heart Dani stayed on the phone to make sure I got my confirmation # and also making sure all my needs were met. Dani let me know my options and the best way to go about getting a U-Haul . Thanks for the awesome customer service and your patience.

Arrived to pick up reserved trailer. Directed to drive around back. I pointed out a box truck was partially blocking drive between building and fence. Woman went to look and said "you can make it" which I did after having to drive over a raised sidwalk. Once out back we managed to hook up the trailer (woman had to scoop heavy gravel away from the tongue and took 3 of us to lift it onto the ball). Then we find out right turn signal did not work. Woman tried a different pig tale for the trailer but nothing. She called someone and then informed us that trailer was inspected that morning and everything worked so it was our truck (2015) and the connections were corroded. (We rented a trailer 3 weeks ago and had no problems). She promptly walked away and went back to the office. Leaving us to unhook the trailer, drive back over the sidewalk to the office where I was told the reservaton was cancelled and when I tried to talk to her about the situation became defensive. So we drove to another dealer a few miles away who had a trailer, hooked up with no problem, lights worked.
