Best truck rental agency in Blue Springs, Missouri (MO) 2024

There is a kind lady named Dani who works at U-Haul @ blue springs location. She is very professional ,calm, patient. She was able to help me get a truck but also she was able to explain things that I was unaware of. Out the kindness of her heart Dani stayed on the phone to make sure I got my confirmation # and also making sure all my needs were met. Dani let me know my options and the best way to go about getting a U-Haul . Thanks for the awesome customer service and your patience. ~Phabious

At first I thought it was good, everything went well. I rented a 26 ft truck and dropped it off on November 1st 2020. The one June 17th 2022 they say that I owe them $1800 because I put the wrong fuel in the truck. Which I did not. Pretty sure they are just money grabbing. Do not use this company especially this location if you do not have to. ~Danny
