I've tried multiple times to set up and start a checking account here. I finally scheduled an appointment with a banker after previously arriving and seeing multiple, personal bankers, not assisting anyone ... but no, I had to schedule an appointment. I showed up 5 min early, waited 20 min, then just left. Last week was my 5th and final attempt, done with this institution. Thanks Gu Personal touch goes a long long way. Stoked to open accounts at 1st Source, should have gone there in the first place.

I like Chase in general because its international. I use this location often and I've never had a bad experience here with a teller, in fact they are always great to work with, which is why I gave it two stars. The customer service with the bankers, however, is abysmal. In my most recent visit I was there to discuss opening a new five-figure account and discussing investments of a significantly higher amount. I was told by a young Asian woman who's name I don't remember, but who's also ignored me multiple times there, that even though there appeared to be 4 non-teller employees there that they didn't have the time to see me. Guess I'll be keeping the bulk of my money where I get offered a cup of coffee and called sir or Mr. when I walk in the door.

i got to speak to somebody after literally calling every 15 minutes for almost two hours. and when i finally was able to speak to someone, she was rude and ZERO help.

STAY CLEAR OF CHASE BANK! They let someone walk in and steal $10,400 out of our savings account and overdraw our checking $1600 at another branch out of state!!!! All they can say Is theyll send it to their fraud department! It’s ruining us! Your money is NOT safe at CHASE!!!

This particular branch- says it closes at 4pm. If you call at 3:50pm THEY WILL NOT ANSWER. I have called all other branches and they pick up. I called needing the direct deposit form (would’ve taken 1 minute). THIS BRANCH IGNORES CALL MOST OF THE DAY. This rate is only for this particular branch. The rest of them ? EXCEPTIONAL!

$8.00 to cash a check that's drawn on chase bank. Pass cost back to customer writing the check. Then add $5.00 for the inconvenience. 'Asked if I would like to open an account. Couldnt help but laugh.
