I went in to switch to them from my previous provider (straight talk) due to have too many service issues. I planned on getting the new iPhone 13 pro max, but unfortunately wasn’t able to get a new phone. The person helping me was very informative and helpful. He explained that with me being a brand new customer, that’s why I wouldn’t be able to get the new phone without paying full price. He said to check back between 30-90 days of having active service with them. So I still walked out with better service!

This was my first experience with AT&T. All the staff members I spoke to were very friendly. Alex & Steven are the coolest though. 10/10 a perfect first experience at this location.

Useless Emplyees! Expensive! Don't know what MCK code is! Almost bricked my phone because of them. Had to switch services back to Boost Mobile.

The in store customer service we received from Allie in our South Bend Indiana store surpassed any we have ever experienced. Allie helped us get our new Direct TV Stream up and running. Allie was understanding, easy going, patient and so knowledgeable about everything AT&T has to offer. Best experience by far, thank you so much.

The AT&T store on Ireland road is the Best AT&T store that I have shopped in. The employees were very professional and very helpful. I walked inside and they helped me within a minute and solved all my problems!! It was a great experience and I will always shop there.

I had to take three trips to the store in an attempt to untangle a mess that AllConnect had created. While short staffed due to Covid, the employees were incredible. Every time I came in, Lori Sinclair claimed me as a client so I wouldn’t have to do any additional explaining. Each of my visits were very pleasant and she even helped me out with an unlisted bundle that was in my favor. Very happy I switched over from Verizon.

Matt was so kind and so patient with my 86 year old mother. He told us he was new, but he was so knowledgeable and so helpful, you would never know. He was great. His mentor Steven was just as awesome. Thanks Matt and Steven!!
