Went there after picking up a new puppy on our way back to Chicago and spent nearly $200 on supplies. They bagged our things and put it in our cart but they forgot to give us 2 of the bags. So now we are missing 1/4 of the things we need for the new dog and we’re 100 miles away so that’s at least $75 down the drain. Was able to call and speak to a woman named crystal who called us liars and said she would not be refunding us for their mistake. Pick a different pet store for your shopping this place will steal from you and insult you at the same time.

Greeted nicely at the entrance of the store. Beautiful store with lots of potential. But, one of the worst fish sections I've ever seen. More dead fish than living, terrible bacteria blooms in every tank. The whole section needs quarantined and brought back to healthy standards. These fish arent sellable yet they're still being sold. All the fish are extremely skinny and sick. The older woman running the fish section clearly did not want to be working here. Greeted myself and others with "what fish do you want". Im not from this area and i dont know what other options are around for fish but choose one of the others.

Love this store. Kind friendly staff. Very helpful. Now if they could stop moving stuff around that would be great. I have to search for our dogs food almost every other visit. Young man who is manager goes above and beyond to help customers and ensure their satisfaction!

Nice store with lots of options for dog food and toys. I bring my GSD in and train with him inside the store. They have sales often on dog toys. Employees are friendly.

Clean, well stocked store. Plenty of selection to find the right dog food, and while shopping your puppy can select the right toy as well.

We love going to PetSmart for the variety of dog treats and food, and the great selection of collars, leashes, and dog toys. I love to bring our Chihuahua puppy to pick out her toys. And the groomers take such care and time when cutting our big Akita-chow's hair.

I was in the grooming salon picking up my dog today when I hear one of the salon employees yelling very loudly at a dog in the back somewhere. She was yelling NO and STOP IT. Very unprofessional and no employee should be yelling at someone's pet like that. It was loud to hear her all the way out by the door to the salon. If I ever hear this happening again I will never be bringing my dogs back. Usually I have the greatest experience here and hope this is addressed quickly and I can continue coming.

Great pet store to go to for all of my dog's needs! It's close by and they also have good quality products/food/treats at great prices! Very good customer service as well as for my time being there which was about 15 minutes 2 employees had assisted me!
