I needed a new pleco for my tank so we stopped at the Kokomo location to pick one up. There were 2 ladies helping a couple so I browsed while they got them set up (which was about 10 mins ) then BOTH employees disappeared. We left. Will not be shopping here again.

I recomend this place to people who want fish but the owner lied to me i asked if an axoltl can live in a ten gallon tank and she said NO so i went home and looked it up myself and it said they can. But other thann that there is a tall guy with long hair he is super freindly and knows a whole lot about fish. I recomend to ask for him for any fish questions.

Just got a sweet 7 month old cat from there, told us she was healthy and nothing wrong, up to date on shots and overall healthy, we got her home and realized after a few hours that she has worms.

The majority of the workers in this store are professional except Isabella she always has a nasty demeanor. If you don’t like your job find one that’s not dealing with the public. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with her I was told by her on yesterday we stop selling fish 30 minutes before closing never heard of this nor is it posted anywhere. I have no problem taking my business over to Petco I shop every other week. She needs a coaching it’s ridiculous her customer service is horrible.

The guy would not sell me a comet gold fish and we looked it up and it said that you need a 20 gallon tank and you can have 20 in there but he said said no you can’t have one. Then we asked which one we could get and he gave us fish with tumors and didn’t tell us and it kill my other fish cause they got a tumor too.

I was verbally attacked and belittle by a man at petsmart I wanted to buy some fish so I asked the associate to get them he very rudely told us that you need a 75 gallon tank for a goldfish a comet goldfish. I’m furious having a mental breakdown and am really sad. I don’t know how I’ll move toward after this. Never going there again.

I was looking to buy a Dog Harness for my Chihuahua . She is small so looking for one to fit her and her not able to get out of the Harness. I walked into PetSmart told them what I was looking for. The one female at the register said I will go look . She came back told me where they was . Not one time did I get ask can I help you. I said several times I needed help getting one because I can't stand or walk around Or bend over very well. I had to go look to see what are available. I picked up my Fur Baby and left No one said anything as I walked out of the store. So I went somewhere else well PetSmart's loss of money I will not go back and shop there

Always find a good deal on dog and cat food. Guinea pig loves the novelty food with the cute flowers and dried fruit in it. Plus always has sturdy toys and harnesses for the doberman
