Steve always takes wonderful care of us! Never been let down by Enterprise. I was in a jam labor day weekend and really needed a car,and they stayed after hours to make sure I had one!! Wonderful place!!

Enterprise staff were very helpful, friendly, professional and understanding. We are struggling with insurance to repair our vehicle, from an accident, not our fault, that happened in April. We have a severely disabled son and no other vehicle. Our son is rough on things and scratched up the door panel. They were so understanding and helpful with our problems. Thank you so much for all your help!

I used them for a rental while my car was being repaired. Not a good experience...lack of clear communication and not forthcoming with information. I was told I had to return the car by a certain date only to call another Enterprise to look into when exactly does the car need to be returned then to find out that wasn't the case and the car was truly due back 3 days later than what they told me. There were a few other issues also but no need to write a book on here. Let's just say I will never use them again...the KOKOMO LOCATION.

Our local Enterprise office in Kokomo Indiana is top notch! Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The only minor problem was the Chevy Malibu we were given. It had a significant road noise problem. It was loud enough to make having a conversation somewhat difficult.

If you ever needed an example of why the free market is needed, one trip here will demonstrate the answer for you. Since they know that they are the only option in Kokomo, they make no effort at accommodating, empathizing, or doing the bare minimum that one would expect to set up or provide a rental car. Did not rent with them as a result of my terrible experience.

Few minor issues, nothing to be very upset about. I had asked for a Chrysler, Dodge or at least an American car. That was not told to anyone else and had a appointment to pick up my vehicle the next day at 2 Few other issues but when I went back after an appointment with my doctor they had me a beautiful 2020 jeep Grand Cherokee fully loaded. They went way and beyond what really was just a few hiccups with Insurance. Fantastic employees, and this is why I ALWAYS go to Enterprise for my rentals. Thank you so much for making things go smoothly and setting me up with a beautiful SUV.
