Lowe's is a good place to pick up a snake for your toilet, light bulbs, and sandpaper to increase the hook on your bowling. Snacks are overpriced here. Besides that, Lowe's comes in real handy to supply needs that other places don't provide.

Always clean, well stocked, and helpful staff readily available. I always go to Lowe's anytime I need a specific size of nuts & bolts. Their nut & bolt section will never let u down, no matter how peculiar the thread size, diameter, length, material, or head shape you might need!

In 5 of 2021 I purchased about $8,000 in carpet from Lowes. Told then it would take 6-8 weeks to get and install. I told them it had to be done before 7/20 as we had a student arriving and I wanted furniture and everything set before then. It was literally installed on July 20th. But they installed the wrong color. Called and they said they would fix the problem. Okay, after several more weeks, arrived with the new. It was the same color as the first. Come to find out they had changed the color code and was sending the wrong color. Reordered a 3rd time. Again after several very frustrating weeks of trying to get the right carpet installed before the holidays finally in just before Christmas. The entire time between corporate and the installers, they honestly could care less. We paid to have furniture moved, but we ended doing that every time. Installers literally left doors off the henges, we had to pay for someone to come back to hang. Unreal!! The local mgmt apologized and we’re great. But from there, not worth the 💯 trouble. Never again! I’m editing this since Google won’t allow for a second review. This again applies to the Kokomo store. We had purchased a washer-dryer combo and was sold the 3 year warranty. The dryer went out about 4 months before the actual extended warranty expired. Not sure if you ever had to deal with any issue but prepare yourself for at least of hold/transfer time of at least an hour and half. In the case of there dryer you deal with a 3rd party contracted out by Lowes. Lowes will tell you it’s the 3rd parties issue… even though you buy it from Lowes. To make a long story short we never did receive service even after waiting on the 3rd party on four occasions, promises made by local managers that it would be taken care of. Don’t make the mistake of ever buying an extended warranty from Lowes. Not only do take your money but they won’t make any attempt to hold the 3rd party accountable for any service after the sale!

Everything was great, the sales clerk was very helpful, the only problem I had was that the sales clerk not only helped us with the freezer we wanted and sent us to the lumber area to pick it up, she said she was going to get someone to bring it up, I was expecting one of the guys was going to bring it up by then here she came with it. My husband helped her load it cause we knew she couldn't do it by herself but she was going to give it a try, she was awesome and was our sales clerk from start to finish.

If I could leave a 0star review I would. We ordered a dishwasher in April. Several months later when it was finally delivered it was broken out of the box. Another month passed befrore a new one was sent to the store. When one was “delievered” to the store the install company came to pick it up only to find there was no dishwasher at the store. Our appointment time went by and we were never called to inform us of the mistake. We had to call on our own to find out why no one ever showed up. Once our dishwasher was installed it was installed improperly. Now, on July 27th, we were cancelled on by the install company again!! I emailed a Lowes representative two weeks ago after the improper install with no response even though I was assured he would be taking care of the case. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere!! Horrible, horrible customer service!

Today's delivery of our new washer/dryer set was quick and painless because of the 2 young men working for Lowes. They were very professional which is rare in today's world! Although they were quick, they were also friendly and very pleasant. I hope Lowes values these 2 gentlemen!

We had Rohan help us out in figuring out how to find the perfect dishwasher. The measurements we need are very weird and he was very knowledgeable and explained the process of getting measurements taken at our home and clarified if we had any confusion. He definitely knows what he is talking about and takes pride in his job as we can see. Very very satisfied with his help, thank you Rohan!

Management is not helpful at all. Went in to buy wood. The wood was $10.90 a piece. Got to the counter they rang up for $28. Even though they were marked $10.90. Manger said they couldn’t help with that. Got online. The boards were on sale for $3.35. Spoke with another manger. They told me I needed to just order it online. So I ordered my wood online while looking at the cart with my wood on it. Told them it was ordered and on the cart right there. Asked if I could take it. They told me no. That I had to weight for them to pull it off the shelf that it would be 40 to 50 minutes. Again told him and pointed over to the wood already pulled for them told me give them 10 15. Waited 40 minutes went back in they had took the wood back and not even started on my order that was all ready pulled for them. A employee came up and went out of her way to track my wood down and get me taken care of the mangle to apple to was completely unhelpful. Will go back to doing all my shopping at Menards again.

Worst experience by far, Communication from the store to the customer is worthless, When we call and email takes days or no responses. Fence was told to be installed at the end of October, its now January 17th and half the fence is put up, boards are cut too short, poor install at spots. Bought a brand new house and they decided it was a good idea to run a forklift in fresh laid sod. Jeffery Kearnes from the store is a specialist in the department and also one in non- communication on telling when the fence will be done. Thank you Lowe's for the wonderful experience.

This Lowe’s is pretty awesome. We have remodeled a few rooms, built a huge patio, and finished our basement. They are very helpful and flexible with delivery. We had a few issues with a shower and a metal door both times they made it right without hassle.
