There’s bad customer service, and then there’s this Enterprise. I got a rental from them a little while back. The pick up process was fine, they put me in a car similar to my own and let me go. Did not realize at the time that there was no inspection before leaving with the car. Drove for about two weeks and came back to drop it off once my car was available. Upon inspection this time around there were “scratches” (salt marks easily rubbed away) and a tiny dent near the gas cap. Well I had just put gas in it that morning and there was no scratches. Cannot confirm or deny the dent but can confirm I did not do anything to this car for there to be a dent. Told them there was no inspection prior to pick up and that as I had just put gas in it and drove right there, there was no way to have scratched or dented it nor was it there when I put in gas. The woman checking us back in asked if we were accusing her of damaging the car, we did no such thing. Then I hear the staff loudly talking extremely poorly about the woman who had left as I arrived. Not cool. As we were simply confused as to how any damage could have happened to the car, the woman who did the check in was adamant that we were blaming her. We ended up being charged lots of money for “damages” which our insurance company was able to handle but jeez. The customer service I received here was so atrocious that I felt the need to write this. Would avoid if possible.

Stated that they would call me and exchange the car once the correct sized car was onsite. Never received a call back and had the car rental for 16 days. Charged my credit card without notification 4 days prior to my scheduled reservation ending. When I called to inquire about the early charge and lack of notification I was told that they had a change of policy but was never provided any evidence of this change of policy.

Have used Bobby for a couple of years now. Have horrible experiences a few times prior to meeting Bobby, and I can honestly say he has changed my outlook on this rental company 100%. I will never use anyone else for rental service. I would refer him and his location anytime any day. They will get you on the road and take care of everything for you. I would follow him to any location around our area!! This man exemplifies what customer service truly is and what it means to take care of a client. I hope one day he becomes a higher up manager and trains folks to be like him. I have seen this manager clean cars, move cars, sign paperwork, take calls, do it all. I have seen him in nasty car cleaning clothes up to nice managerial clothes. He truly wears all hats!! I hope to use him for many more years!!

There were no damages. We filled a report and informed the company that our rental was not inspected upon return and that no incident occurred during our trip. Nevertheless, Enterprise has proceeded with their attempt to make us pay for damages we are not responsible for. We will rent elsewhere from now on.
