Is it POSSIBLE to give ZERO STARS? I always use the mobile check out feature of the 7-Eleven app whenever I visit 7-Eleven. I used it here, and couldn’t find the kiosk to verify my purchase. I thought maybe I missed it, so went to the counter and was told they didn’t have mobile checkout. I have been to a location which did not, and the app did not present the option to use mobile check out. This was clearly not the case, as the transaction was processed, a receipt was sent to me, and the money was withdrawn from my bank. I thought perhaps there’s was broken or they didn’t like it so they wanted to personally see the receipts, so I showed mine and started to leave. The cashier pointed to one item and asked “did you pay for that?” I said yes I showed you the the receipt here it is again and it says two items and I set them on the counter and pointed at them one at a time. she called another employee over, who said that they didn’t have that, and that I need to pay him. I said 7-Eleven has taken my money so these things belong to me. I offered two options, thinking all he needed to do was contact his headquarters and figure out what’s going on they would probably reimburse him or take whatever steps were necessary. Option one was I would be glad to show him the receipt again and leave with the items that I had paid for. Option two - He could refund my purchase price and I would be happy to return the items. His response was to snatch the items one off the counter right in front of me and one out of my hand. I said wait those are my items I paid for them and I showed you the receipt they are mine you’re stealing from me and I should call the police. He said go ahead and call. At that point I stormed out of the store, embarrassed because I’ve never been accused of stealing anything, and decided to write this review to warn others off from this thief!

They’ve had the black and yellow full size tubes of Got-2-Be Glued up near the front register for weeks, maybe even over a month and I’d seen it unpriced yet stocked on the shelf so today I decided to buy both a yellow and black tube just to be told by the cashier, “Sorry I can’t sell you that because it’s new inventory and unpriced.” The product has been up for weeks yet unpriced and not only that, the cashier did absolutely nothing to price the item in that moment and sell it to me. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

Prior to picking them up I go inside to throw that same juice bottle I purchased earlier in the day in the trash inside the store because there wasn’t a trash outside. After that I went to the cooler to get another to purchase, I reached the counter and asked the black guy if he sold iPhone charges he then says yes but I caught you (as if I stole from the store) throwing away your trash in here and you cannot do that. I said I’m a paying customer and the trash I threw away was a juice I purchased from your store along with a McDonald’s bag he then told me that I could not throw trash away once I left the store even if I purchased it from there. I said well I’m paying customer I come in every morning and afternoon what’s the issue would you like me to toss it in front of the store on the ground? He was very nasty and told me do not come back into his store again. I advise you not to shop in this store. Btw it’s only the black guy I haven’t had any issues with others. I will be reporting them.

One of the best 7-11's in Boston. I bartend in the neighborhood, always great employees. Owners are great. If you frequent the store they will carry certain food or beverage items. The only negative, which 7-11 has little control of is the homeless element in the area. There is always a homeless person riight at the front door, they typically open the door for you, which makes it akward if you cant afford to tip them . Also unintentionally drives away a lot of business. I work with many young waitresses that are actually nervous/ scared to go in brcause they are adjusting to college city life.......anyways, great 7-11 if you dont mind ignoring or paying homeless pan handlers

There is always a homeless person riight at the front door, they typically open the door for you, which makes it akward if you cant afford to tip them . Also unintentionally drives away a lot of business. I work with many young waitresses that are actually nervous/ scared to go in brcause they are adjusting to college city life.......anyways, great 7-11 if you dont mind ignoring or paying homeless pan handlers

One of the best 7-11's in Boston. I bartend in the neighborhood, always great employees. Owners are great. If you frequent the store they will carry certain food or beverage items. The only negative, which 7-11 has little control of is the homeless element in the area. Magnificent

The black guy in the store is very rude and racist I purchased a juice from this store every morning after dropping my clients off next door to Dunkin’s i then pick them up in the afternoon. Prior to picking them up I go inside to throw that same juice bottle I purchased earlier in the day in the trash inside the store because there wasn’t a trash outside. After that I went to the cooler to get another to purchase, I reached the counter and asked the black guy if he sold iPhone charges he then says yes but I caught you (as if I stole from the store) throwing away your trash in here and you cannot do that. I said I’m a paying customer and the trash I threw away was a juice I purchased from your store along with a McDonald’s bag he then told me that I could not throw trash away once I left the store even if I purchased it from there. I said well I’m paying customer I come in every morning and afternoon what’s the issue would you like me to toss it in front of the store on the ground? He was very nasty and told me do not come back into his store again. I advise you not to shop in this store. Btw it’s only the black guy I haven’t had any issues with others. I will be reporting them.
