The supermarket prices are crazy high! Besides they change their price as they wish. We wanted to buy some items, the price tag said $6 and the lady said no the price changed to $11! This is very high price for that item and you should not change the price as you wish. I feel like at the beginning they wanted to have customers and now they started to change their price to whatever they feel they want to charge you. Plus, the items are not good quality. We bought date from them, they are always dry and old. The tea pot that I paid 1.5 times more than Amazon prices, started peeling the painting on it after 2 or 3 washes! Try Indian Market in Waltham! You can get same things with half prices!!

It was such a pleasure to shop here and I will be making many return visits to shop their wide selection of quality products and to visit the kind, caring, and oh so friendly staff. Ramy and staff are amazing. I was also made aware that they own an adjoining restaurant, which I proceeded to try, and I can tell you that it was equally enjoyable. Top rate food, products and staff. This is true hidden gem. Stop in and see these wonderful people, you will be so happy you did. In the cafe, I had a beef kabob wrap, some hummus, and a very unique and amazing dessert called Saffron Rice pudding (absolutely heavenly)... Everything was just divine.. Grocery store is definitely one of the best. I found cookies, candies and dried fruits there that I haven't seen since I moved to America. Vanak Cafe opened not too long ago and already managed to raise the standards. The best Persian food I have had in the last 13 years. They somehow gave Persian flavor to an American cow. The beef kubide was unbelievable. Chicken kebab was very rich with flavor as well. Definitely do not miss the opportunity to try their Honey Cake.

The shop is also very nicely decorated inside and in front of the shop they have planted some lovely Persian flowers. The store had a great vibe and I will be a usual there. I also highly suggest to buy the saharkhiz saffron black tea. Not only it tastes amazing and is caffeinated but also boost the mood by a great difference. The prices are also good and for many of the items they carry various brands (such as cheese, bread, or rice). They also have Persian saffron ice cream. I have lived in USA for 10 years and besides one shop in San Jose and one shop in Berkeley, this is a first time I see such great variety of items.
