Brought my car in for an oil change and tune up. They were super helpful in answering my questions and got my car driving perfectly. I thought I had an alignment issue but turns out I just needed a tire rotation. Their crew was efficient and detailed and made sure I got the best service.

Brett and the team at Best-One did a great job with replacing my old tires - in and out in around 45 min. I selected my tires before coming to the shop, but I was surprised by Brett's comment that I should enjoy a quieter ride than my old set. Sure enough, he was right and it was very noticeable - not just quieter but ride quality is less harsh! I can see why the front desk and "pit crew" have gotten this shop an A+ rating.

Best-one Carmel is great! My 12-year-old Lexus needed the wheels balanced and aligned. They did an excellent job at a fair price. I can now cruise at 80 with directional stability and no vibration. Kudos to Brett, Craig and their team.

Long story short I called the shop, was able to pull up, they immediately inspected my vehicle in the parking lot and diagnosed the issue in minutes. Not only did they identify the issue but Adam personally drove to the Honda dealership to pick up the part and they had it changed out in less than an hour. It was the most seamless and efficient experience and they couldn’t have been any more pleasant. Can’t thank Brett and Adam enough!

Had good work done here before. my last experience was less than great though. brought my car in because a tire was leaking air and was told id have an answer by 6pm. i called at about 5pm and they told me nothing was wrong, they checked my pressure and filled my tires. my tire pressure light was still on when i picked it up and my tire was flat the next morning. discount tire found a razor blade broken off in my tire. I get that mistakes happen but when you say everything is fine without even looking at my problem and then accept a $20 tip you lose recurring business.

Amazing and honest service. Helped me figure out why my tire light was coming on and referred me out for work at Honda, which they didn't have the equipment in house to manage. They worked kindly with my new car warranty program through Silverock, and were amazing advocates. I will be back for all routine maintenance based on how great I was treated. Plus they have free coffee and drinks while you wait.

Later, a few times this spring my car has struggled to start because of a new, unrelated issue and I wanted to get it checked out to figure out if there was anything I could get fixed before I had a more serious problem. The Best One of Indy staff couldn’t have been more helpful when I brought my car in earlier this week with a vague description of what was going on and requested that they do a check for possible culprits. They looked at all the things and even gave me advice on what to look out for, again all for a fair price and without talking over my head. If you’ve never experienced the satisfied feeling of leaving a mechanic confident that your car is fixed and you’ve been treated fairly and with respect, I can’t recommend enough that you give Best One of Indy a try. I know it’s the only place I’ll be going in the future for any and all help with my vehicle.

Frantic for a solution we looked for the highest rated shop in our area and found them! They aren't highly rated for nothing and I will be happy to add to it! They didn't have any openings but they worked us in anyway. I sat in the lobby while the family waited at the hotel and could tell they weren't kidding about being busy. In the time I sat waiting I watched as the team moved through the day like a well oiled machine. Fantastic service, very friendly, and in my case I might have waited quite a while but I wasn't even supposed to be on the schedule so very prompt. Thank you to Jared and whoever else did the repair and thank you to the entire staff. We are home safe and sound with no further issues! 10 of 5 stars in my book.
