PFM is a large family and locally owned service facility with 4 locations around Central Indiana with 75 service bays and ASE certified technicians. Our size allows us to offer extended hours as well as the capabilities to specialize in all vehicles including cars, crossover vehicles, SUVs, pickup, vans as well as commercial vehicles, mid-size and semi-trucks. We have an in-house parts department to help in expediting repairs. We are also a Goodyear Tire Dealer to take care of your passenger tire and commercial tire needs. Had to make several return trips for our AC repair, they recharged it, no fix but charged us. Returned and they said the condensing coil had a leak, so they replaced it, no fix but charged us. Returned for the 3rd time and they came to the conclusion that they were over charging the AC the whole time. Did they offer any money back for their mistakes, sure did not. We are out $700 for their mistakes.

Don Lasher is my "go to guy" and I called him about a no crank - no start issue with my 03 Highlander. He highly suggested that I have it towed to the Carmel shop and let Scott take a look... "Excellent Electrical Tech" Over the course of 2 1/2 hours, Scott indeed was able to solve the mystery... a ground wire short on the opposite of the engine at the upper plenum where a wire eyelet was grounded. I shared the technical stuff to illustrate how difficult it was to diagnose. He had to start at the ignition switch, etc. And, locate 20 year old wiring diagrams. Every since I moved to Indianapolis 2+years ago been going to this Goodyear even bringing my work vehicle. I went there this weekend I guess they are under new management but I made an appointment three days prior for oil change and requested quote for 4 new tires. **** day of appointment, no acknowledgement of time. Asked if I could leave vehicles??? The soul purpose of making appointment is to get in and out. Mind you no vehicles were being worked on. And it took two guys to do do oil change this time. Manager was rude and boastful as if I hadn't been there on multiple occasions with different vehicles. I mentioned the tires and as with the oil change he began bringing up imaginary issues so he could boost up price. I found a better price for 4new tires in stock at belle tires 7 minutes later. While waiting for my oil change. Manager continued asking about tired each time stating they needed days notice??? To get tires from they're warehouse That is In TOWN, I explained the only thing that was not going to allow me to get them there is he was fixated on installation fee I always buy 4 tires, always with Goodyear and always get road side warranty. And Ive never had to pay for install fee cause 1 you have to take tires off to put tires on,....I digress. I reviewed receipt from last oil change something told me to check. It was double the price....mind you same exact location different manager. I can't make this up. I even had a diagnostic on my electrical and estimate done last visit. Long story short I'm never going there again pfm as long as that manager is there not my work vehicle either they have officially lost a customer Service: Oil change
