Best brake shop in Carmel, Indiana (IN) 2024

Had a 10 a.m. appointment, drove over an hour to find a closed sign on the door. It would have been nice for someone to call and let me know! Wasted my time and money, negligence on Firestones end! Not happy, gas is over 4 dollars per gallon and you all got me running there for nothing! ~J.

Brett and the team at Best-One did a great job with replacing my old tires - in and out in around 45 min. I selected my tires before coming to the shop, but I was surprised by Brett's comment that I should enjoy a quieter ride than my old set. Sure enough, he was right and it was very noticeable - not just quieter but ride quality is less harsh! I can see why the front desk and "pit crew" have gotten this shop an A+ rating. ~Quintin

I always come here because they are super fast and are really friendly. I like nice people 👍🏻 Yesterday I had to get a new tire and they had it in stock and got an oil change. I was there literally 20 minutes. I love these guys! Miles is the GOAT. Services: Oil change, Tires ~Michelle
