This is one of the smallest Whole Foods stores in the area; Cambridge and Medford offer bigger stores with more variety. This small urban market was a great place to run in quickly, pick up a few items for dinner, zip through three express lanes for customers with 12 items or less. No more. The express lanes are gone. They were replaced with a beverage display. Meanwhile, one of the regular registers was replaced with a cluster of self service checkouts. This afternoon, I got in a regular line, and the customer in front of me was attempting to buy some fruit that came in a plastic container without a PLU code. Everything came to a halt while the bagger went to the produce department to try to find the code for the cashier. No luck. While the cashier was waiting for a supervisor to resolve the unlabeled fruit, she suggested that I take my one item to the self-checkout. No. No. No. Whole Foods is an expensive store, and their prices dictate that they should provide enough customer service so that a customer can buy a few items and have a live, personable human being at the register. Bring back the express lanes.

Great selection, high quality store brand, and very reasonable prices. Also a huge beer and liquor section. Staff is also really friendly. Can be very crowded but easy to avoid if you go early.

Lotsa things - yes, and pricey, like all WF's - and stuff I hadn't ever seen at other WFs - that I spent my 3-digit dollars on ‼️

Been going there for 10 years. Definitely has gone downhill since Amazon purchased WF but overall meets my needs.

Waited for 15 minutes at the deli counter to be told they are out of mortadella and provolone... right. Get some better deli staff.

Super friendly and I'm so glad that they have an Amazon return center there

Nice smaller, friendly W Foods store. Bought something from the deli. The petite woman was professional, & very helpful. Thank you for great customer service at the deli & cash- register while checking out! We appreciate great service. Note, watch drivers in the parking lot. Some are in a rush, & go too fast, not looking both ways. Please slow down, & be safe-

Such a great and wide variety of plants! I finally found an heirloom cherry tomato plant. The market was a complete surprise. I finished off my garden *and* got something for dinner!

Welcoming neighborhood grocery store with free parking. One of the smaller Whole Foods around the area. The selection is limited, particularly in the fresh breads. The store is quite busy so expect to wait for a parking spot. However, the store is bright and inviting once you enter. It is generally well organized but feels cramped.

This store is quiet, large but laid out to feel small. The team members are quiet, lack knowledge of product location as I was asked by both customers and team members where things are at my first ever visit to this store. Kind of odd. Seems to be a neighborhood location where it's mostly community shoppers. Decent selection of products. Hot bar looked beat both for breakfast and lunch. Pizza looked old and crusty. All in all not my favorite whole foods.
