I have always had great experience with the staff. I know what I'm looking for and don't mind sometimes having to wait in a short line; the line does move relatively quickly. Since I am now disabled and use EBT, I deducted 1 star because I cannot use it for pickup or delivery, as I can with other sources. I hear that this payment option will be coming soon!

BJ’s in Auburn Ma terrible!! Woman at the deli has the worst customer service, if she doesn’t like her job then please go find a new one. The past 2 weekends she had been so RUDE! Never any shopping carts. We pay $55.00 a year for membership and I don’t even have a cart to use!!! Will not renew 👎

One register open. Self checkouts full. Left our food there and walked out. OPEN some registers! Your prices are not that much cheaper than anyone else and why do you have to clip coupons?

Extremely poor customer service. Poor selection of fresh food items. Not worth the membership fee. I would go on in further detail, but it is clear that this location has gone downhill and no one seems to care.

EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE FOOD THERE. Rib eye steaks were thin sliced and $15.99 a lb for Select which is the lowest grade of beef.. COSTCO WINS HERE BY A MILE. Don't sell garbage beef for a premium price.

They don’t stock a lot of things that they have coupons for. The items they stock change much more often than other stores. Get your frozen food last because you will be in the checkout line for a while. Decent prices but I’m not sure how decent the really are considering you have to pay the membership fee every year. I did get a good deal on tires for my Prius so maybe you could find a way to offset the membership price if you take advantage of other services.

This is a great place to stockup on non-perishables and other items. I've taken advantage of great deals on Gillette razor blades and brand name apparel to name a couple. The meat selection is top notch and the premade meals are great. I've had a couple regretful purchases in the fresh produce section but all in all great place to shop.

Hats off to these champs for doing the good work of the people during a pandemic. I applaud the employees working here's willingness to come in to and stack, supply and stock necessary items and equipment for these trying times. It's great that places like this have remained open in the face of uncertainty. The staff are modern day heroes, and the deals are off the walls.

Went to BJ's this evening. One negative comment. Why in the world do they have battery displays all over the store. They were everywhere. I was looking for hearing aid batteries. Could not find them. After cashing out I went to Customer Service. They said they were in Aisle 1. Already looked there. It would have been nice if someone would have gotten them for me IF THEY COULD FIND THEM. WHY DONT THEY PUT ALL THE BATTERIES TOGETHER IN ONE AISLE INSTEAD OF ALL OVER THE STORE.
