The store is under stuffed. I watched how one of the employees for 5 minutes kicked an empty box through the shopping area, instead of just picking it up. Managers are invisible. Here is the worst part. This store replaced all cashiers with very unsophisticated computer scanning system. This scanning system creates backlog. A line to pay for your shopping is 100 ft long. Also, you need to call for help with scanning. Sometimes scanning system stops and ask you to call for help. Unfortunately, only two people work in the scanning area. So, you might spend 10 minutes to scan and pay for purchases.

Great deals, everything is pretty organized, but you can easily wait in a line for 25 min or more (even express checkout). Kind of a big deal to me, when I'm done shopping, i just want to pay and go. I can understand if they're busy, but i just don't sense the urgency to get line wait times down. Over all everything else is good, just allot yourself plenty of time when shopping here.

Worst customer service ever! We have had a business account with them for many many years so we have spent a lot of money there. Every single time we go in there is an issue with our membership card for some reason. We have tried to rectify it multiple times and it still has not been resolved. Today we had a full cart full of shopping items and we had to walk out empty handed because yet again our card has an issue. Instead of the manager trying to resolved this for us and help; management did absolutely nothing. We will not be coming back and we have already signed up with Cosco.

I called Bjs a week before my daughters party to ask how far in advance to make an order. The woman said 24hrs. So I called on a Thursday almost 5pm( I needed the cup cakes for 7pm) I asked the woman if it was too late to make an order for the next day.. the woman snapped at me and said “yes” So I mentioned the fact that I called and I was told 24hrs… she said “well the cake decorator won’t be in tomorrow and I should’ve called earlier. I told her I didn’t need a cake, just yellow cake with light pink frosting..and how was I supposed to know the schedule of the cake decorator? She went on to rudely say she it didn’t matter the cake decorators deserves a day off so I can’t order. She was extremely rude I was so surprised because I’ve never encountered a problem here. I called bale and spoke to the manager and he out the order in for me . When I got the cupcakes the next day they were dark pink and disgusting. I will NEVER order from the bakery again.
