The sales associates have no professionalism and no customer service! They are not polite at all and are so rude! They will yell at you and ask you to leave the store if you ask them to do their job properly! It’s definitely a place to avoid ! Corinne is the worst ! If minus 0 was an option, it will be fair !

This service sucks today at like 7 I came to buy gold earrings. When we choose a earring and we didn’t like it, we asked Rita to change and grab another pair of earrings then she said to us “ok so you aren’t gonna ask me again to go back and fourth” Like dude ur barely walking anymore. Her service is so bad and she is so inpatient. Very poor service.

Very crowded with little children and expensive. A pre-teens favorite store to shop at most likely. Store is full of a wide range of unique earrings, plushies, slime, etc.

Never again will I shop at a Claires. I placed an order online for pickup, to which I was told I would be able to pick up my item in store any time within the next two hours and that they would hold the item for me for up to a week. The next day I drive down to the mall to pick up a mystery squishmallow pack. Upon getting there I can see the store has placed items designated for pickup aside in bags with the names of people coming to pick them up. I give the lady working the cashier my name and the product im looking to pick up to which she begins to look for my item. She informs me that my order is in the system but they dont have my item there. Its at this point that the manager comes over and tells me that my item is just in the back and she'll go and grab it for me. Five minutes later she returns and tells me that there must have been some sort of error online, and that they shouldnt have been able to sell me the item. This is fair and not anyone in the shops fault so I tell her its alright and thank her for helping me. A few minutes pass and as I continue to look around another worker comes up to me and apologizes again for selling my item to another customer earlier in the day. This is why im writing the review. Not only did they fail to hold my item for me, but the manager lied to me so as to not disgruntle me. She didnt even offer me an apology, simply lied and told me she would try to get me a refund. This location fails to do the bare minimum for their customers, and then goes and treats them poorly, LYING to them in order ro save face. I highly recommend anyone who considers shopping here reconsiders, as this store does not deserve your business if they think they can treat customers this way.

Small store and needs more employees to help customers rather than see who is stealing. I understand it happens a lot at business but to have only 1 person on the register I just felt bad and it was a while before I could get someone with a key to open the locked nose rings . However still a good experience. They had a little of everything but just be patient with the employees I know the lady was doing her best.

I bought earrings last yr & love them, went back last nite to see about getting 1☝ear pierced a second time & I was quoted $46 & up, that's ridiculous for 1 piercing.

I had the greatest experience with Stephanie. She went above and beyond the Call of Duty. I got my ears pierced and she had a line out the door with customers being very impatient. She kept her composure and remained focused,calm and respectful to all. I'm so pleased and happy with the results.Thank you Stephanie you Rock!

Daughter got her doubles (second piercings)! Friendly, patient staff and playful atmosphere. Busy though - lots of little girls and their doting parents!

Only one person running the store and all she did was check people out with a line of 4 looking to get ears pierced. They need to do MUCH better at staffing their stores.
