I shopped at the Dedham store. I had the most amazing sales associate. Her name was Amanda. She knew her stock, asked all the right questions to find out what I was looking for. I felt like she was my best friend. It is so hard to find this type of employee in any industry. The product selection was outstanding. So much to select from. I would recommend this store and Amanda to anyone looking for men's clothing.

Very impressed with this store; everyone (especially Robert ; Amanda too and Woody) were EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful about product and especially for fit and style. I do feel however that the store is really kind of pricey (shirts starting at $65 yo to $150 (and up)! Nice shirts and all, but TOO expensive! But the sales assistants in the Dedham store were really SUPER and should be commended! They do have good stuff though and I ended up buying 4 shirts and a pair of shorts. I suppose their shirts and stuff can get really large(I’m at the bottom end of that list), so it is a reasonable that bigger clothes cost more. They do have a great selection!

Great store. They carry a wide selection of larger men's clothing (Do you need a shirt in "tall"? If so go here). The selection is usualy pretty diverse going from athletic cloths to dress suits. The staff are always very friendly and engaged but with out being annoying or pushy. Honestly I would give them five stars but the prices are a bit inflated compared to average sized stores. I accept that it will come with the territory as larger sizes are a niche' market. That having been said there is a limit.... Still a good store will go back again.

I'm a Big Small guy or a Small Big guy however you like to see it. For myself its difficult to find stuff in the 3x-4x range and this store has everything from 3x to 7x that I have seen so far. The sporting wear selections were plenty, the footwear options were incredible mind you the smallest is size 11 and the suits section looked beautiful. The service was excellent. Thank you to Robert for his patience and knowledgeable service. Side not the Air-conditioning was sublime. Cheers! Dave from East Coast Canada

Hi I am a mother of a 6'4 -310 lb 19 year old college son- he was in denial that he needed size tall -he thought that your store was just for "old men" he know realizes he was wrong- Thank you we are both happy customers - I would be happier if you had sales and promotions that were truly a savings - example not $20 your next $100 purchase- how about $20 off your next $50

They really do cater to bigger/taller men. We got an amazing staff that was extremely helpful and attentive. His name was Robert. He ran all over the store to grab diff things/sizes we needed for my dad who is disabled and has trouble walking. He also set him up in the handicapped dressing room when we first arrived. He was really super helpful and kind (and funny!). Only qualm would be that there were no motorized scooters for disabled people to be able to move around the store themselves.

Great clothes and footwear for men who are big or tall or both. Very nice selections . They offer name brands as well. Can't go wrong with this place. Would've given it 5 stars but they need to be located in more areas around Massachusetts

DXL Dedham has been a wonderfully pleasant, professional, and enjoyable shopping experience. I dislike shopping for clothing, but DXL Dedham has always made my experience better. Between their warm and friendly demeanor, and dedication to professionalism, I cannot imagine purchasing clothing elsewhere.
