Not the best customer service. I asked for a size for a shoe and tried it on and the employee told me he can order a different size if I wanted to. Right after trying the shoe, I decided to ask one of the 3 employees on the floor to order a size online for me. He told me to get in line and ask the cashier to do it. Mind you, there were 5 people ahead of me and it was 20 mins before close. I was already in the store for 10 mins to find the shoes and there was only one cashier. I decided to leave and order the shoes another time. As I left, the employee who told me to get in line hopped on the register and started ringing people because he realized it was busy. Complete waste of my time and very inconvenient. He could have ordered the shoes for me, but chose not to.

Everyone at this store was so nice. I was there a couple days ago and i honestly enjoyed being there. Staff made it great! The mannequins were dressed so good i bought ones outfit.

My friends and I had a terrible customer service experience at Tillys . Which included; employees gossiping about us, Rude commenting, Selfishly not caring about the customers experience, and worst of all was disrespectful and unwelcoming behavior. Firstly, they called a 12 year old quote “unprofessional.” While gossiping about my friends and I to his co-worker. Then when it was my turn to make a purchase, he inappropriate stated how they were walking away in a childish manner. To add on, he also made not needed rude/annoyed faces, and told me how it was a pain that he had to go out of his way to check the pricing of a sticker that I was interested in. The price of the sticker was no where to be shown. To conclude, I would not recommend going to this Tillys if your looking for anything specific, because the employees indeed ruin the whole experience.

Do not order from this company! 10 days to receive a product is just not worth it in this day in age! On top of that the shipping number they gave me didn't work so I have now idea when the item that I ordered is coming.

Stick to pacsun, or garage. Clothes are nice but the customer service sucks. Cashier double charged me for one item while she was talking to her friend. When I returned and showed them my bank statement they didn’t seem to want to believe me. The girl who did it was right there and left as soon as I showed up ? Weird stuff. I’m waiting for them to do a camera review to see if I can get my money returned to me. Prob won’t come here again.

One of the guys working there kicked me and my friends out because we "weren't folding clothes right" after we looked at them, and I would also like to mention that the 30 something year old man that kicked us out seemed to be very interested in a bunch of teenage girls...?
