Staff were extremely kind and helpful. I wasn't sure what size I needed or even what sneakers I was looking for. I was able to find a couple pairs of really cute Jordans and try them on. Unfortunately, they only had them available in kids sizes and they were pretty tight on me, but thanks to them, I was able to order them.

Lots of cars. They take forever to bring the sneakers that you are trying to try on and buy. Talking to each other over head sets, bringing the wrong item, wrong size. Terrible service!

I Wish I remember the name of the young kid there, very friendly and informative...there was a shoe my girlfriend wanted really bad, they didn't have her size, but he suggested to give it a shot anyways and it ended fitting great...I have been the store many times, but when this kid is at the entrance is a different vibe... Needless to say girlfriend was super happy

Literally walked in not one person greeted me nor anyone else that walked in behind me. everyone was having a good ol time talking to each other looking on their phones... I was going to purchase a few things but I kept shopping just to see if anyone would stop their conversation just to see if I need help or sizes not one person asked so I put back my items and left. I understand having fun at work but when customers walk in all things should stop... please feel free to run camera between 3-4pm
