I went one evening and of course there was a long line, they waited until there was more than 10 people in line to finally call for back up. If you see 3 people in line you should automatically call for back up. I have worked in retail for 15 years and never would I allow my customers to wait so long.

Very poor customer service. Was not acknowledged while standing NEXT in line. Waited almost 10 min while 2 families behind us were called over to a back up cashier. Left my items in line and left.

Really disappointed. Lots of stuff missing from shelves. Stuff I wanted was not there. Helpful employees hard to find, and when I did they said what I was looking for was "hit and miss". I will be back, but my hopes are not high.

Several letters were on sale clearly marked $2.99 the rude cashier stated right in front of me, these are not no $2.99 her words & grammar the management backed her. She then hollers have a nice day.

Love, love, love this place. I can usually find everything I need and then some for crafting, framing etc. I went to pickup yarn for baby booties. Hobby Lobby's selection was WAY better than Michael's. It's hard to find the kind of yarn for baby items nowadays. Few people knit and crochet in today's society. If you know the brand you are buying ordering online would be preferable. But, I still like to touch and see the product I'm buying and at Hobby Lobby I can do that. I just wish they had more colors to choose from.

I just love my new hangout place! Because of my financial situation I have had to find new ways of sprucing up what I have versus going out and buying new things with 💰 I don't have!😢 I am going to reupholster my chairs!! I bought the material and staple gun! I'm ready to get busy!!😉

This store is great! I reupholstered my daughter's bed for about $70 and that's with purchasing the fabric tools and two unused boxes of rhinestone studs that i didn't end up using... I bought the netting , gun, staples , spray Glue, fabric and some other tool that i didn't use. Look how great it turned out!!!
