Didn't really like the set up, but overall clean and COVID aware. I feel Old Navy has a certain flow, but maybe I was in "a mood" that day?! Lol

So crowded, stuff everywhere. I had ordered pickup at store 3 days ago and never recieved a confirmation email. It took two people to find my order even though it was ready to go. Just super disorganized.

Zero stars. This place is awful. Attempted to return an item which was damaged one week after purchase the assistant manager Jessica Foster was extremely argumentative and rude. When we asked for the district manager or the general manager she refused to provide names. I had to contact the attorney generals office to obtain the district manager Amy Dillon. Several messages been left, with no call back. They need a new management team. I will Follow up with corporate office. Do not spend your money here, unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

The staff is friendly and helpful. It is pretty easy to find what you're looking for, and if they don't have it at the store now you can order it on line which I feel is fantastic!

I've never seen such a small Old Navy in my life, it's like a forgotten step child tucked away in a corner. Very weird, and nothing in my size (picked over selection).
