Best surf shop in Braintree, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

Not the best customer service. I asked for a size for a shoe and tried it on and the employee told me he can order a different size if I wanted to. Right after trying the shoe, I decided to ask one of the 3 employees on the floor to order a size online for me. He told me to get in line and ask the cashier to do it. Mind you, there were 5 people ahead of me and it was 20 mins before close. I was already in the store for 10 mins to find the shoes and there was only one cashier. I decided to leave and order the shoes another time. As I left, the employee who told me to get in line hopped on the register and started ringing people because he realized it was busy. Complete waste of my time and very inconvenient. He could have ordered the shoes for me, but chose not to. ~Chris
