Tony helped me de-bunk a lie I was told about availability of certain truck colors from another dealership and I knew then that they would be forthright in their business. Tony and Mike did some extra research when I had questions about tire specification and had an answer to me within the same day. When I came to test drive, I valued the independence I had to take the truck out for a drive, as well as view the other inventory for comparison. When I was sold on the purchase, Tim handled the financing and stayed connected to ensure the truck was ready and the paperwork was prepped for a quick turn-around time. All around, I had respectful, honest, and committed service from the first call to driving off. I would Highly recommend Central to anyone looking. As an aside, there are 3 other GMC dealers near me, but I chose to drive the hour to GMC because of their inventory selection and quality customer service right from the first phone call. I'm excited to be in the GMC family!

Deciding to cut a 900 dollar part out instead of taking the time to separate an ac line. Didn’t tell me they were going to cut the part out until I picked the truck up. Wouldn’t let me see the part that was cut out. Just told me it was already gone and couldn’t be retrieved. My back wheels look like they were under the truck the whole time it was bing worked on so they were filthy. Some kind of oil sprayed all over my third row seats. The list goes on.

They told me they couldn’t t figure out the radio and that they fixed the seat belt. I tried buckling the seat belt before I left and it was still broken. I let the representative know and he said he would order another one. Still hasn’t called to a schedule another appointment. Terrible experience.

I have to say the person that stood out to me as being the most personable was a woman in service named Judy, she was very pleasant and was very nice to deal with.

This place is awful. Came in for a complimentary oil change 7 months after purchasing a new vehicle here (also not recommended). Appointment was at 1pm, arrived on time only to still be sitting in a disgusting mice occupied waiting room for 2 hours. It was a simple oil change. I received no updates from the staff and had to go into their office to find someone to ask how much longer. No explanation, no apology for the delay. Absolutely terrible. When I stepped into the office the employees continued their personal conversation as if I wasn’t standing there waiting to be assisted. Do not recommend coming here. It’s a joke. Do better.
