Best gmc dealer in Norwood, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

This place is awful. Came in for a complimentary oil change 7 months after purchasing a new vehicle here (also not recommended). Appointment was at 1pm, arrived on time only to still be sitting in a disgusting mice occupied waiting room for 2 hours. It was a simple oil change. I received no updates from the staff and had to go into their office to find someone to ask how much longer. No explanation, no apology for the delay. Absolutely terrible. When I stepped into the office the employees continued their personal conversation as if I wasn’t standing there waiting to be assisted. Do not recommend coming here. It’s a joke. Do better. ~Alicia
