You cant actually ship anything here. You can ONLY drop off packages. And it takes forever to get any help to tell you all you can do is drop off items. Basically it's a dropbox inside the store. ~owzatagain

My car needed an oil change. I used to do it at Muzi Ford (which closed recently), it cost less than $60 including tire rotation. I went to an auto mechanic in Roslindale, he said it would cost $75 (with synthetic oil). That sounded too high so I searched for other options. Found this Jiffy Lube, went online and got a $10 discount coupon, thought that would make sure the price is reasonable. When I got to JL, with the car already on the service ramp, I asked the guy and he said it would cost $99.99 (which is an insult to intelligence, just round it up to $100, that 1 cent is meaningless). I reluctantly agreed, and was not happy to see later that the real bottom line price including shenanigans was $115 (reduced to $105 with my coupon, still significantly higher than other mechanics). The advantage here is the speed, the team is professional and experienced, hard working guys who get the job done quickly. I appreciated that and gave them a tip. Yet I don't think I'll return to Jiffy Lube, the prices are too high and not disclosed honestly in advance (why not post a large sign outside, like in parking garages, so people know the real prices before they get in?..) ~Doron

They charged me a full hour for 10 minutes of work. Total scam. Would never use this shop as they clearly overcharge and are shady about why they do. Receptionist tried telling me there was "other" things they had to look at which is nonsense. The test they put on the invoice is the EXACT same test i told them I did myself before bringing it in, and it took me less than 10 minutes, but they charged me a full hour at $100 for it. ~jayson

I have owned a few Mercedes long term and have always taken my vehicles here after the warranty expired. Very professional service and quality work. My recent service there was on my wife’s 2014 GLK350 and she couldn’t have been more pleased. Just the day before she was looking to buy another vehicle at the dealership- now she’s happy to keep hers! We had a A-service, front and back brakes and rotors replaced, new transmission pan and exhaust clamps renewed. Thanks Sean and Peter. See you soon- well not too soon! The Receptionist, Manger, Salesman, Financial Expert, and Tech Support (Genius), went out of their way to make my experience memorable. They were all professional, helpful and super fun to work with. This place is awful. Came in for a complimentary oil change 7 months after purchasing a new vehicle here (also not recommended). Appointment was at 1pm, arrived on time only to still be sitting in a disgusting mice occupied waiting room for 2 hours. It was a simple oil change. I received no updates from the staff and had to go into their office to find someone to ask how much longer. No explanation, no apology for the delay. Absolutely terrible. When I stepped into the office the employees continued their personal conversation as if I wasn’t standing there waiting to be assisted. Do not recommend coming here. It’s a joke. Do better. ~Alicia

I bought my 2021 Jaguar F-Pace SVR from Norwood Jaguar and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. There was absolutely no pressure. Everyone was polite, professional and eager to make my buying experience an enjoyable one. I can’t say enough about my sales associate Josh Malone. He was friendly, professional and went out of his way on several occasions to make my buying experience stress free.
